"Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII"

I agree. Haters gonna hate.

AirJohnston3920d ago

I think the game would've been much less hated if it didn't have the words "Final Fantasy" on the cover. I agree that it doesn't even come close to living up to IV-X, but I think as a standalone game, it's pretty good.

FF13 sucked period. It was a pain in the ass to play through the entire game with hope whining like a lil' biatch all the time and vanille being all annoying and shit. The ending sucked and I have FF13-2 but it's still sealed and don't know when I will open it up....
This was the first FF game that I had a hard time playing through because of the characters and story. This is probably why I'm nervous to play FF13-2...

On topic. I agree that this gen is not going to be over for another couple years... well, maybe for the ps3 anyway lol!

"You'll be able to dig into the futuristic world of Watch Dogs when hits in November on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC and Wii U - next-gen versions are on the way next year."

pretty sure Watchdogs will be available this year for next-gen, ya know when next-gen is available. other than that it's a pretty good list. for those who don't really care about graphics or load times the current gen still has a lot to offer in terms of games available for current and next-gen

Aleithian3919d ago

Yup. Looking forward to it.

Great games for sure. I hav to admit though that I am waiting for the games that launch next gen. There r enough to keep me interested til then. And I will b keeping my ps3 for beond and dark souls 2.

Tommymk23920d ago

13 2 was worse than 13, time travel was terrible, loading times were long, pointless puzzles, boring characters, I quite liked 13 although it was linear, hope 13 3 is an improvement :)

CLOUD19833920d ago (Edited 3920d ago )

Is the author joking by putting the garbage XIII-3 in the list? some1 tell me that hes j/k after all that's the only logical explanation right? he can't really think that this trash belong in this list along with every other game he mention.. he just put it there to make us laugh probably.

Kurt Russell3920d ago

I've never played XIII so still not sure why everyone hates it :D

Elda3920d ago

I enjoyed it,you probably will too,you can find it dirt cheap,I still have my copy, don't let the haters sway you from trying FF-XIII.

More interested in money than giving fans what they want. Such a shame

CrimsonWing693d ago

With the amount of money they generated, I just don’t understand the scrubbing of this. It would’ve been fantastic for fans.

I really want to know who drove the decision to focus on multiplayer was it Rockstar or take two.

Because when online started taking off many of the studio leads began having falling outs and leading including a founder

Ikr mfs that greedy it's ridiculous

andy852d ago

This makes me sad. Trevor was one of my favourite characters in gaming

One of the reason I believe once gta 6 release, most of us thoroughly play it, enjoy the world they crafted then after that no offline support, no dlc at all
