I have a feeling they well release it ahead of the March 2014 schedule. Maybe mid January.

I don't think they'll push the game up, and I'm kinda glad for it actually, more time to polish the game into a gem.

Although I am quite eager for this game, I don't see anything revolutionizing in this list except perhaps the "Sensory assault system".

What I like most about this game is the ability you have to invade other people's game in a freindly manner or as foe, they need to dwelve more in said aspect :)

In both Dark Souls 1 and Demon's Souls, there is just something so heartwarming about dropping into another player's world, killing them mercilessly and stealing their soul. Ah, good times.

I am really excited for this game. I just hope the point about updated multiplayer means I don't have to add the DSCfix to make it work. Bring on March :)

Don't really like the idea of dully mo-caped animations, i really loved the animation in Dark souls, it really had good fluidity to it and was at times downright brutal and scary. a lot of that is going to be gimped due to mo-cap

The game isn't good though.

DS2 was fine. While there was a bit of recycling assets or ideas for bosses, it was a bigger more open Dark Souls. The Fume knight boss is one of the hardest bosses in the series until Sekiro and Elden Ring were released.

The problem with Dark Souls 2 was the same problem when a different director takes over for a sequel to an outstanding movie. It typically (there are exceptions) doesn’t have the feel and vision of the previous movie.

I wouldn’t say Dark Souls 2 is terrible. Had Dark Souls 1 never been a thing and we got this, I think it would have been praised more. The problem is it didn’t have the Miyazaki touch to it and felt pretty derivative. The soundtrack is a banger though.

And it will happen in the future when he doesn’t touch them as he is planning on.

I like DS 2, might even be my favorite of the 3. But it's a hard sell, there's so many obscure things you need to do to make it an enjoyable experience. So always find it hard to recommend, but it is worth the trouble.

All the bosses are only from Dark Souls. No Bloodborne, Sekiro, Elden Ring, or Demon Souls
