Is Mario and Donkey Kong: Minis on the Move just another eshop puzzle game?

If you think of it as a Mario-skinned “Pipe Mania,” you’ll most likely understand the idea.

I mean, you can put Mario and pretty much anything and usually someone will like it. Good games like this one are even better. :)
The 3DS does not need saving it is the WiiU that needs helps asap.
