Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate Review | ComboCaster

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow the return of the series to the home console , a reboot of the series. With Lords of Shadow almost 2 out appears on the Fate of 3DS mirror, a game that is placed chronologically between the first and second game. Produced by Mercury Steam Mirror of Fate owes nothing to his brothers PS3 and Xbox 360.

The production values are excellent and the first impact is fantastic with Mirror of Fate to be one of the most beautiful games of the 3DS and one of the best 3D effects I've seen on the console, and even though more than a few Nintendo games which normally have best effects. As soon as I started playing I was quite stunning with visual effects. The game begins in a dark area with the sky glowing with a storm. The effects of thunder are bright and the shadows that cause clearly show that the 3DS is quite capable of very good graphics.

Not sure why most sites gave this gave average reviews, I played the demo and thought it was great.

Yeah I bought it and played all the way through it. I loved it. Basically, if you like the demo you'll really like the final game. The demo is a good representation of what you get.

I really loved every minute of it: good story, gameplay, graphics, even puzzles: not much special, but some of them were really nice.. much much more people should play it

Yall still messed up your opportunity by not making castlevania lords of shadow 2 much much better

Had strong foundation to build on yet the 2nd game wasn't as good

Snookies122105d ago

Completely agree with that, Lords of Shadow 1 was fantastic. I was so excited for the second game, and was going to pre-order it. Thank god I never did...

That blame goes to Konami. Look up the interviews with Mercury Steam. Shows why all the stuff with Kojima wasn't all that surprising to me.

I'd love to see them make another 3DS Metroid or an HD 2.5D Metroid on Switch.
