Only around 50 per cent of Medal of Honor players played Battlefield 3, EA has revealed, with the firm putting the gap down to brand loyalty and the Medal of Honor community enjoying "more authentic shooters".

Not going to lie, looking forward to the new Medal of Honor. If DICE didn't abandon the last one for BF3 then I'd still be playing. Now that DICE is out of the picture, I have a little more confidence that won't happen again.

Yea and i'm also looking forward to Bad Company 3 cause 2 was awesome and i kinda liked it better than Battlefield 3.

Couldn't agree more. I loved Medal of Honor. They nailed spawning to make it feel like it was an actual battle. I have to admit that I liked BFBC2 Story and Multi better than BF3. I will keep trying the BF3 MP but the story (though good) has some silly glitches on the PS3 (ie my squad leaving enemies alive and running past them; too many scripted events not allowing me to fight where I want to).

Bad Company 2 story was way better. Visually BF3 was amazing, but beyond that the story was lacking....it took the stereotypical EA Shooter route where a guy is getting interrogated just so they can move the story along.

I agree with both of you, I still enjoy Bad Company 2 more than BF3 to this day.

The reason most don't play battlefield is that it requires thought, above a 7 yr olds level.

You've obviously never played an FPS that requires thought. Go try ARMA or Red Orchestra instead of giving Battlefield the credit it isn't due. It's just as casual run-n-gun as CoD, only with over-sized maps and not enough vehicles.

@Megaton in other words those games are boring .If you want a simulation join the army games are meant to be fun not confusing and technical especially Online multiplayer shooters theres a reason why people play BF3 and COd and Not Arma and red orchestra (i played Red Orchestra on steam , it sucks)

I played the actual game. On ps3 too, it was terrible. Freezing, bad frame rate. It was the sloppiest multiplat shooter this gen. But that moh multiplayer has nothing to do with warfighter because warfighter is completely made by danger close

I'm one of those 50% (if it's a true stat). I didn't mind Medal of Honor, it wasn't that bad, just a little sluggish, and took a few games to get into it, but overall it was good. Got high hopes for the next one (I just don't like the blood spray, a little too much tbh)

yeah, the only thing about MOH:Warfighter is the blood spray. everything else looked awesome.

Yeah, it just looked like as soon as you shot someone, their body was replaced by a mist of blood, they need to fix that, it would just get annoying

I borrowed it from a friend and just played through the campaign, which i really enjoyed. Looking forward to the new Medal of Honor but im afraid its looking more like BF3 instead of being MoH. I miss MoH:Frontline my favorite WWII game ever.

Well I was one of the 50% but the Moh didn't have much replay value the MP3 was abit to easy with the kill chain score my k/d was only 3.2 tho but BF3 is abit more challenging with vehicles etc my k/d is 2.17 with scp of 672 with about 11days played

I liked the SP in MOH as for multiplayer it was the game I played when getting wasted. I am one of those 50% owning BF3 and MOH both on PC and PS3 (Got MOH free on PC).

Single player in MOH was great, even if it was a bit short. The online was a mess, Dice cannot make an online game, it played like Bad Company, which I hated.

Hopefully Danger Close uses prone in the new game.

spawn camping just became to much after a while

MOH war-fighter is going to be my FPS of choice this year

It was terrible, the player base vanished after the first month of it being out, the weapons where so absurdly unbalanced nobody cared to wait for patches. It was a dying game the second it came out.

i actually liked M.O.H alot the campaign was short but the online was pretty fun untill i got black ops used for $30 then i sold the shiz outta M.O.H but good game im looking forward to the new one
