Despite not having a formal announcement from EA, two different retailers have listed a release date for both Fifa Soccer 13 and Madden NFL 13, this years entries in the popular Soccer and Football franchises.
VGChartz's Adam Cartwright: "This is the sixth entry in a series of articles I’m writing that will look at all of the games available in a particular genre on the Vita. The articles will highlight all Vita-native games, as well as any backwards-compatible PSP and PS1 titles that can be downloaded in English (i.e. from the EU or NA stores), and will include some commentary on how well those games run on Vita and whether they fill any missing gaps in the library."
Games Asylum: "Outdated football games are a common sight when scouring jumble sales, car boots and charity shops for bargain price video games. Entire shelves filled with decade-old FIFA and PES games spread across a dozen formats. Often they end up in bargain bins, sitting alongside unwanted celebrity fitness DVDs and seemingly random TV show box sets. But here’s the thing. Not all football games gathering dust in the likes of Oxfam are in fact worthless."
A retail listing on Best Buy Canada suggests that the special edition version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will launch later this year, with mod support included.
This would be insanely cool. I just don't actually expect it to happen, unfortunately. Realism versus optimism, I think.
Here's hoping, but just to play fair: if it does get mods, don't expect PC grade stuff.
It will work like the PS4, in that it will only be able to use in-game assets for said mods.
Hope this is true. Mods enhance any game greatly and keep a community active
The trailer that they have shown during the announcement looks nothing like the Skyrim HD or in this case "Special Edition"
madden will probably launch then.
If done right, big "if" there, the Kinect addition to the Madden gameplay would be pretty slick. Will have to wait and see if that happens though ;7
