It's a great game.. but it gets a little repetitive after a while 'cause your just constantly doing these same events over & over.. but the cars you drive more than make up for that anyway..

the cars handle identically, the cinematic crashes are there, the boost seeking by doing dangerous things, the freakin overworld map is even a mirror image of a burnout game

I'm not speaking for the quality of the game, but call a spade a spade, this game is 120% Burnout. It's even MORE like burnout, because the weapons and traps are a logical progression for the burnout series.

They shouldn't have even called it NFS. COD with Halo skinned guns that handle just like their modern warfare counterparts is still gonna be COD no matter what you try and call it. At most its a total-conversion-mod

Even though its titled NFS it feels, looks (uses the same engine), and the cars handle exactly like Burnout. I really look at this game a make up for those who couldn't get into Paradise open world setting.
It also uses a map system like in Takedown and the Autolog is an update to Road Rules that was used in Paradise. I'm sure Autolog will get used in the next Burnout game.

Well the graphics aint as good as paradise so its obviously not as good. jk

ok, I have to agree both games share a lot of things, but in the end what made burnout stand apart from other racers were the spectacular crashes, and eventhough hot persuit has some good looking damage representations in the cars, the deformations and crashes aren't as good as a burnout game... and that is what in my opinion distinguished the burnout series

lag is even reduced from burnout but teh collisions bugs are still there .

but it's still an awesome game
