gamrReview Review: Naughty Bear

gamrReview writes:

"If you even manage to complete five levels of Naughty Bear, you're doing pretty well. Manage ten, and you are superhuman. Finish the entire game, and you're probably quite seriously ill, and you should schedule a visit to the doctor as soon as possible. It's the equivalent of watching paint dry while running around in circles and whacking yourself on the head with a hammer, on a rowboat in the middle of the Pacific Ocean in a thunderstorm."

darthdevidem015051d ago

aww don't worry Machina Naughty Dog will bring you great games!

ElementX5051d ago

LOL. I knew it would flop from the first time it was annonced. Just check out these other hit titles from Artificial Mind and Movement: Wet, Iron Man, High School Musical, Power Rangers: Super Legends, Kim Possible, Happy Feet, and Ed, Edd, and Eddy.... LOL They really should close up shop.

naznatips5051d ago

Noooooo I was hoping it would be fun. :(

Convas5051d ago

STILL GOING TO BUY IT!!! This is obviously a game which'll have a cult following. It's unique, and colorful, and a change from the norm for me. Besides, a review is just someone else's opinion, and my opinion of NB has already been formed.

It really deserves higher than this.

It is very short though, finished half of it in like 2 hours.

6/10 at the very least.

Another round of layoffs: 505 Games closes in Spain, France and Germany

The news that Digital Bros. (and its publishing subsidiary 505 Games ) is in the process of restructuring is not new. It was last November when, in the midst of the maelstrom of layoffs in 2023, they announced that they were laying off 30% of the workforce , especially employees belonging to the development studios. This restructuring, like the international maelstrom, seems to be still underway and now affects the offices of the Italian multinational located throughout Europe.

505 Games Says 'It’s fine to secretly like Crime Boss: Rockay City'

505 Games has issued a very self-aware satirical update for Crime Boss: Rockay City, given the poor reception to the game.

shinoff2183141d ago

I would of checked it out but far as i know its an online gta5 type game. Had it been single player inwouldve bought I to try by now

FyBy139d ago

I play it as a single player from the start. Game is massively updated. Its much better than when it started. But has its flaws of course. And its not gta 5 type game. Its totally different. Here, it is something like heist centered defender of the crown mixed with rogue lite genre. Definitely worth it.
Of course with some friends, it would be much more fun.

Trying to gaslight us into thinking people are hiding that they like it.

isarai140d ago

Exactly what I was thinking 🤣

coolbeans140d ago

Points for the self-awareness though.

Yui_Suzumiya140d ago

I'd rather play this then GTA, lol

mastershredder140d ago

It's no secret that it won't flush. It's pathetic and something just about every actor on that roster will likely not mention with serious excitement or promote it themselves. The cringe is the talent that went snuggling up to it for the $$$ opportunity. So lame and backyard buddy homebrew-level feeling. Total cash grab. Minimum efforts all around. Nice Hollywood reverse engineering a plot based on their talent pool to carry a game into lame territory.

ModsDoBetter140d ago

Game was ass.
Bought it to give it a try and it was beyond dead, as was the discord server.
Impossible to play online.
