Crysis 2: Amazing ingame video from E3 2010 emerged

Crysis 2 was shown at the EA press conference at E3 2010 and offered some stunning visuals on the consoles. Cynamite has the video with all the gameplay shown during the presentation.

The problem with the graphics is that they went for realism in the look instead of art style, and the consoles can't do realism yet (Gran Turismo 5 being the closest).

It's not bullshit. The entire Crysis 2 showing at the EA event was running on the 360. He was holding a 360 controller and X and Y buttons were showing up on the screen.

The E3 trailer graphics look amazing for something running on xbox 360. The only problem I see are jaggies, as if the game has no anti-aliasing at this current build. The trailer looks like all cutcenes though, the actual gameplay clips looks kind of boring TBH.

The mech fight video that they did on stage was much more impressive than this video. Both graphically and in terms of gameplay.

I guess they were too afraid to be called out on their b*llsh*t claims on the PS3 so they've decided to use the 360 instead (wise-move). And I must say, I was completely underwhelmed. Bulletstorm, Halo: Reach and Gears made much more of an impact.

Note: I know that Bulletstorm does use 360 as the demo, but I'd like to point out Crysis right here. I will buy it because it IS looking good but it did not live up to the hype. Not to mention stereoscopic 3D which may only benefit PC users only (I doubt it would make an impact on consoles).

wait, didn't they show this gameplay on the 360 today (monday) at the M$ conference? If so then well either the ps3 version looks way better or the consoles versions are just sh1t... Pc however is BEAST! Hopefully we will see the ps3 version and see which looks better.

To be honest, 360 crysis 2 looks OK but after seeing it on PC you can not UN-SEE the glory of the game it self. With all being said i just hope the ps3 version looks better because i am too used to ps3 graphics now and to play a game that is promised by the creators to make best of the consoles power and it's graphics not even be that great is just bs to me. ONCE again we will see.

It'll look even better on PC! The building collapsing at the end looked phenomenal, and it'll be sandbox too. Crytek is an amazing developer. I'm kinda sad they gave in to the console crowd but at least there will be more people to appreciate them though. I'm really looking forward to their Kingdoms game as well.

Please and the new killzone has a jungle level nice rip off of crysis. Im sure the sh1t themselves with how linear and boring killzone is with no destructabilty and every enemy looking the same. The must be quivering about the jet pack and melee combat LOL.You know it looks good and that is the 360 version of course the game could look real and have sh1t flying out of the screen and sony fanboys would still say killzone looks better, LOL.

As a Pc gamer who has played Crysis and Crysis Warhead on enthusiast settings I feel sorry for console owners. Crysis has been way over hyped as the game play and story are so generic and boring.

I know the consoles have their limits but looking at the game play footage Crysis 2 looks worse than F.E.A.R. and looks like complete CRAP compared to Crysis 1.

Crysis 2 PC will not look better than Crysis. I suggest consolers save their money for Halo Reach and Killzone 3 as you all will be disappointed by Crysis 2 as the game is not that great it was an average shooter with superior graphics.

Gameplay looks hella fun and the visuals aren't as bad as some of you guys are making it out to be. Definitely looking forward to this game.
