Injustice: Gods Among Us [Game Revolution]

"The prologue ends with Superman about to kill Joker, despite Batman's protests, as the screen turns to black. This violent what-if scenario certainly fits the theme NetherRealm Studios is aiming to hit."

It's a gorgeous fighting game, that's for sure.

I have mixed feelings about fighting games, but the heavy feel of the latest Mortal Kombat pulled me in, so I'm quite excited for this dark take on DC Comics.

Wow, amazing. I loved story mode in MK so if this can match that....

"Players can also opt to change all of the traditional four-direction moves into quarter-circle and half-circle inputs that are better suited on the arcade stick."

Very, Very interesting, but won't that break balance? A reason why certain moves have specific directions for all characters. Still a nice idea though.

I am excited for the game but a little cautious. Wasn't too impressed with MK9 and I hated MKvs.DC but this one looks like it's shaping up really nice. But again I am disappointed with the some of the art direction NR always seems to go in. It's like they are stuck in mid 90's Image era of art style. And a lot of the moves looks like they were ripped right from a MK counterpart, even the sound effects are the same.

But I will still give it a try.
