-"Over 1,000 car customization options" (Bulletproof tires, armor, etc.)

- Car will turn up in an impound if left in the street. Must pay a fine to retrieve it.

- You can't directly "weaponize" your car, but there are a lot of little options. (Car leaking petrol and light em up, sticky bombs)

- Guns will be with you throughout the whole game.

- Customized guns will broaden range of options during missions. (Stealthy vs. loud, Scope, etc.)

- Moved from static fights to free focus. Quickly switch your focus to other enemies. No longer need to lock on to enemies, although you can lock on if you wish.

- "Hits are much more satisfying"

- Each character has different animation. Strength stat has a bearing on each mele/capability

- Expect really cool destruction/carnage/damage

-Combat AI much more advance with more knowledge of environment.

- Enemies will behave different by who they are (SWAT is organized, gang members are more "gung ho"

-You can Add turbos to cars

-Horns can be customized

-- 3 protag will feel natural and will not feel like a balancing act, allowing the game to feel more natural. (ex, if Franklin and Michael are in a car, you can drive as Michael, switch to Franklin, and Michael will continue driving)

Yeah but will the cars handle better and Will my car do a back flip when I run over a crash can?
LOVE GTA but not a fan of there last title.

omi25p3981d ago

You must have been pretty terrible if you back flipped by hitting a can.

GTA IV has a great driving mechanic. But it requires skill top master.

SirKilla3980d ago (Edited 3980d ago )

I guess i'm not as good as you.
neverless: I enjoyed the other GTA titles and do not like the driving mechanic that would allow a car to back flip when I run over a trash can.

Yes! I lack control! Yes! I like the other titles when the conrtol was more like a fun video game and not a lame flight simulator.

2 people feel the same as I do.
Maybe they like cars that handle more like video games too.

maybe they should put in a gas guage and make you run out of gas.. Or rush hour traffic.... take you 20 minutes to go one block. how real would that be! whoo who. omi25p i gave you a bubble... Thanks for reply...

I didn't read any of it. but i don't understand why people do. don't people rather find these things on their own while playing the game? I'm a huge gta fan I've been buying them since the first one in 1998. when gta4 was announced, i didn't read no preview, didn't watch no gameplay video, the first time that i saw what it looked liked and the first time i saw a gameplay video was me playing it. it was worth the wait.

omi25p3981d ago (Edited 3981d ago )

Why post an article from some under heard of website, rather than posting a link to the people who actually did the interview (CVG) and recorded it in video form.

Edit

But its the official source. Also they summarize it in the article on their website

Prcko3981d ago

because people don't like to listen someone for 25 minutes

Mr_Nuts3981d ago (Edited 3981d ago )

*** Whatever guns you pick will be with you throughout the game ****

Whaaaaaa.....no no no

I liked how in GTA if you died you had to get your guns back, it was sort of motivation to not die during a mission. I mean obviously they are going to take your guns off you at the police station

I don't mind if you kept them but you had to get them from your safe house but keeping them even when you die...come on

*** There are a lot of possibilities due to the ability to control three protagonists. You will need to switch to a certain character to save another from trouble. ***

I hope this dosen't get annoying, I'd rather stick to one character and I know for a fine fact everyone else is going to be the same. You'll find a character you like more and you'll stick with him, when the game forces you to change you'll not want to because of you growing closer to your chosen character. This is the problem I think with having three characters.

I know for a fact I'll be sticking with Trevor.

GHOSTxx4203981d ago

You always kept your guns when you died. The only time they took them was if you were arrested

Mr_Nuts3981d ago

No

If you died they would take your weapons.

In GTA San Andreas however, if you date Katie Zhan (who is a nurse) you are able to keep your weapons upon getting wasted.

I think GTA4 was the only one where you could keep them and I never really liked that to be honest.

omi25p3981d ago (Edited 3981d ago )

Yes but then you spend most of you're time going to a gun store.

If you get arrested you lost them if you died you kept them.

Also if you buy you're weapons legally through a gun store why would you lose them if you got put in hospital?

trickman8883981d ago (Edited 3981d ago )

Terrible. You're telling me that we are keeping all of the guns we've earned throughout the game? Thats so stupid. It should obviously be like previous GTA's where we lose everything, and then either buy it back, or kill people to gain weapons.

Nah just kidding , it sucked ass. I'm glad we'll be keeping all of our weapons. Now I wont have to use cheat codes to get them all back. Or have to go through stupid idiotic processes(buying them, killing gang members, etc) just to get back my guns. Thank you Rockstar for not pandering to idiots.

Godz Kastro3981d ago

This game is gonna be all kind of awesome. Might hurt next gen sales looking as good as it does.

i think the only real loss is GTAV

OtterX11d ago

I think everyone and their sister owns the game by now. They likely want to squeeze the rest of the holdouts before GTAVI releases.

Profchaos11d ago

That game comes and goes from subscriptions so frequently I think it's expected now. Like rdr2 on gamepass Rockstar Games only last a max of 3 months On a service

MrBaskerville10d ago

Talos Principle is the real loss.

BanginTunes10d ago

Facts that game is good as fuck I'm playing through 2 now, very underrated

Huey_My_D_Long11d ago

indivisible was pretty neat. Cute artstyle, fun throwback to older RPGs, shame its leaving but it is on sale often

shinoff218311d ago

Definitely. I e joyed what I played of it. Still gotta grab the physical at some point

Petebloodyonion11d ago

I'm not surprised by GTA V removal, Rockstar never allows this game to stay long on a subscription service.
They usually allow 4 to 6 months.

lodossrage11d ago

Yeah, they do that routinely with both GTA and Red Dead.

But it's because they know they can still sell them so they take them off and on to these sub services in cycle.

The weird thing to me is why is anyone still buying those games at this point? You would think after 3 generations of being sold GTA 5 that everyone and their momma would have it by now

RNTody11d ago

I fail to see how the loss of an almost 11 year old game that released across 3 generations is in any way a problem.
