Yesterday's announcement regarding the second of THQ's intellectual property auctions yielded surprising results. Not only did Gearbox take home fan favorite real-time strategy franchise Homeworld, but out of seemingly nowhere came Nordic Games Publishing to scoop up almost everything else. Game Informer had a chance to speak with Nordic CEO Lars Wingefors about his company and the future of beloved series including Darksiders and Red Faction.

I'm new to the sport yes, something that I don't hide, but controls aren't the only issue I had with it, which I go into detail about.

They confirmed Darksiders 3 years ago. Well in as much as they've said they wanted to make it. Then hired as much of the original talent as possible. founded a studio in america to house them all and then re-released the previous 2 games in the series to help fund it. I mean, how much more evidence do you want?

This is pretty cool having the THQ name back out there, albeit, in a faint capacity.
They need to fix ps3 darksiders 2 online trophy so people can actually platinum the game. Morons put a online trophy in a single player game.
Nordic Games shall now be known as THQ Nordic. The company has 13 unannounced projects in development, most of them based on THQ IPs.
Sooooo much so. Its ashame its collecting dust. I Loved RF 1 and played RF2 multiplayer with bots for awhile when I had no internet in those PS2 days. It was alright.
So at least 7 will be THQ games so De Blob, Red Faction, Darksiders, Stuntman, Full Spectrum Warrior, Destroy All Humans, and Titan Quest. Sounds like a killer lineup to me.
Yeah, though we shouldn't expect AAA budget for all of them. Nordic Games isn't that wealthy.
GSC World still own it and they will probably make STALKER 2 after they are done with Cossacks 3

Hmm well if this game ends up being a "Sh*t sequel" then that would just be all talk, i'm hoping they can make this work and make a great sequel to Darksiders.
