EuroGamer Sweden: "How do you improve something that's already close to perfection? With surgical precision would be the response from Atlus. Persona 4: The Golden adds a few new story lines and characters while still maintaining the charm and balance of the original PlayStation 2 release. Easily one of the finest role-playing games of any hardware generation."
Atlus has announced a collaboration with a well-known Japanese distillery to launch the Persona series' very own whiskey, releasing tomorrow.
I'll have to make this a mission the next time I blow through Tokyo.
Hopefully soon, given the limited availability.
Only one of the games on the top ten is completely original.
90 percent of Metacrtitic's top ten highest-rated games of 2023 so far are remasters and remakes, with Hi-Fi Rush acting as the only wholly original game to make the list so far.
We might only be in March, but it seems like we've already got tons of great games to be talking about, including Dead Space, Resident Evil 4, Hi-Fi Rush, Persona 4 Golden, and Metroid Prime Remastered. There is one commonality between those games, however - most of them are remakes and remasters.
Persona 3 Portable, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royale receive high praise and low prices with accolades trailer & generous sales.
Already own physical versions of Persona 5 Royal and Persona 5 Strikers along with digital versions of Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden on Switch. Will definitely double dip if physical versions of Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden.
Greatest jrpg of all time. Yes, better than Square's games, past and present. Don't believe me? Than you've never played P4G. I was a HUGE square fan, but Atlus has NEVER made a single dissapointing Jrpg. No, not once.
Great score by EuroGamer Sweden. I love the game but my favourite JRPG ( so far ) is still Persona 3 Portable.
