The fact is, the general public do not see the issues - they see the marketing, the tv ads and they buy it - I think it will sell loads but just end up sitting on the shelf doing not a lot once people realise its limitations.
It is AMAZING how official numbers are announced, and yet still sites try and publish stories with incorrect figures.
I have not played either of them - but surely the ps move + 3d combo is the closest to VR, with those 2 combined I can only imagine it being pretty mind bending actually
I don't get how kinect can be anywhere near VR "xbox on", "xbox pause" - wow, the future is here.....like I say haven't played either, but from what I read neither on their own are near VR
I personally think it will be like the wii
masses buy it, now how many of them still use it - and it may well be the same with move too
It's amazing, msft have this knack of being able to sell anything - 360 despite having a crazy 25% + failure rate oor something and people still buy it again and again, and now kinect, expensive and a stack of doubts from journalists and people are buying it up (it seems), or it's just msft doing some PR to try and give the impression its in high demand
although I guess to jo public who doesn't read these sites or reports etc, they see new tech and snap it up
If this sells sell I will have to congratulate Msft on their marketing skills, as that is very expensive for an add-on
There is a good opportunity here for Sony to take advantage of this high price tag - do a PS3 price cut, that and the lower than natal priced move - could sell very well
Yes, its important a console gets good sales to support devs and encourage more games etc etc, but worldwide sales are important, if we had an article for every country's sales figures it'd be crazy
why not just release one article, worldwide sales each month
Also, we get such random articles - why is it news that 360 outsells ps3 in the US? it always happen, it's like posting an article that states the ps3 is outselling the 360 in Japan
Have just watched some rage footage for the first time - and I actually cannot believe this is even being discussed - it looks nowhere as good as KZ3, even in KZ3's early stages....

Even at pre-alpha stage, probably the best graphics I have seen so far on any console. This game is going to be huge.
Finished this a couple of days ago, for me ranks up there next to uncharted 2. Some of the visuals are incredible, amazing scale, amazing variety of weapons, moves, upgrades environments - one of the best for me
