I too have come across games like that - that's why being able to claim back builds is great - just have a clear up! they'll get the message!
From the bottom of the article:
Update: Warner Bros. has been in touch to let us know that this trailer isn’t showing off an AR feature. The purpose of the trailer is to demonstrate that, with PS Vita, you can play Mortal Kombat anywhere. Perhaps not as gimmicky as AR backdrops but ripping people’s spines out while waiting in the Post Office queue has always been a personal dream of mine…
are the skills active in the beta?
Didn't the VITA only launch on Saturday?
the 'concern' is that during some melee attacks when near a building, the camera angle is sometimes wrong so a bit of clipping occurs....
I think the other important factor is that the PS3 in Europe launched 18 months after the 360, so considering that fact + the much higher price point, to be ahead even by 1 million is very impressive indeed.
Does anybody know if it has any kind of environmental destruction atall?
One of the best FPS I've played
Amazing single player, nice story, graphics, audio etc and good pacing, great new touches like sliding into and leaping over cover, brutal melee kills
Multiplayer just improves on KZ2, looks and plays fantastic
Great job GG, do yourself a favor and don't listen to reviews, try it yourself. When journo's give COD a free ride every year with no improvements, you know it's time to ignore ratings. ...
Just out of interest...do any other FPS games have snap to cover? like hiding behind cover and leaning out? do they also have sliding into cover? leaping over cover?
just wandering
but it has already been said, these controls are optional - they can be played the traditional way too
No it doesn't, I earn trophies as an acheivment of what I have done - the only people this will ruin things for are people who don't actually want to earn the trophies, they just wants the stats.
@ DelbertGrady
The comment was made, by going by the same source as this article. VGChartz (whether wrong or right) shows the PS3 outsold 360 by around 700,000 units.
I don't think VGChartz is accurate by any means, but using the same source that is the result.
You could be right Meerkat, but I quite happily use my PS3 for gaming and Blu-Rays, it's nice to have that choice
The PS3 outsold the 360 worldwide for 2010 in total aswell, so another good year all round
I love how everyone is ignoring your comment - even though you are right
PS3 outsold xbox 360 worldwide in 2009 AND 2010....so it's great that Msft did well over christmas, but all it did was lessen the amount it was behind worldwide
does it really say that?
brilliant, a game which already has millions of levels and now will have many more, a game which you can create a game and it lacks replay value...
Everybody loves to talk sales, but really, that is a great line-up. If people are not buying a PS3 then that is what they are missing out on - but then I guess alot of people that have bought a 360 over a ps3 in the last few months are casuals for kinect for the kids - fair do
strong line-up here
I second that.
Not everyone will like every game - but I am yet to play a game that has given me as much enjoyment as this franchise.
U1 is the only game I have ever played through twice too
It is a great result, but expected with the amount of promotion & marketing it had.
However, it's great for Msft and it's great for fans of Msft, but, how great is it for gamers? we already know Msft plan on using kinect for other things, if your casual gamer, great, if you like your hardcore then I would guess not so great. People get excited because sale = xxx, but have you really thought of the impact it will have...
In my opinion, it doesn...
It's been a great Beta so far - this is a big update and will take it to another level of quality - good stuff
