Sites more established are likely worse than smaller sites and some of IGNs and Gamespot's questionable reviews prove that. Such a low score? Compared to what? There's hardly any reviews up right now. Just speak the truth, you WANT the game to have high review scores and if you see a site like this not give it a 9 or 10 then you bash the site even though you or I have no idea how hard the writer worked on the review. Take your fanboy BS away
While I would've loved to have a co-op feature to explore with a friend, I understand their vision in making it a single player only experience

Sean was right when he said it was divisive. I've seen plenty of people saying they're loving it and then plenty saying they're bored of it
Same thing happened with QB, reviews weren't as high as Xbox fanboys were hoping but I still thought it was a solid game. NMS doesn't need to get 9s/10s to be good or for people to enjoy it

Actually, the upscaler in the S works fine for 4K gaming mate
Edit to your edit: Native is always better but I doubt Neo will be doing much 4K native anyway, it will run at higher resolutions than 1080p and then upscale from there but it'll still be upscaling but the base PS4 running GOW is all I need to see to know there's no rush to upgrade
They guy played it on Windows 10 so it showed up on Xbox as per the anniversary update
The PS4 current model looks to be just fine if the GOW demo is anything to go by. I've already got 4K/HDR covered with the Xbox One S so the Neo will need another selling point for me
I tried jumping back in because of the new characters but you have to earn them with in-game currency just like a F2P game and just unlike Overwatch. I don't want another Overwatch clone but Battleborn is worse than it in almost every way. F2P will help with player base because it's small at the moment
I know many hardcore NMS PC fans will be upset by this - hang in there PC explorers!
Just a little note: The online discoveries will be wiped, players will keep their progression (as per the same source)
They've said they won't activate it in multiplayer FPS games, it will only be a feature in RTS-like games or co-op games like Gears 4 co-op etc.

You seriously underestimate the 4K transition, my friend. I bought one to see me through until Scorpio and the 4K/HDR looks stunning. For £349 it's also one of the cheapest 4K UHD players too.
Yeah I read that Videogamer article, just saying that some of the big sites (Polygon, Kotaku and others) have said on Twitter that they're getting/have got retail copies because Sony refused to send any
