Smash 4 is a great game, but too bad most of my friends are too hooked on Melee to even consider Smash 4 a legit, fun game. Here are the complaints from those melee players:
1) It doesn't have that deep of a meta game and isn't as technical as Melee. (Of course it doesn't, this game is almost a year old!)
2) Luigi and Rosalina are at the top? Why is fox so low on the list? This game is broken. (you can probably guess who they play as)

I think Starfox Zero would've been better if Platinum had FULL control over its development rather than being advisers or assistance to Nintendo. It probably would've been a completely different game, especially if the on-foot sections played out like Vanquish.
The problem with Sora is that he's Co-owned by Disney.

I'd rather a legendary character show up like Simon Belmont or Ryu Hayabusa, but that's not going to happen. Based on all the voting hype, it's probably going to be Shovel Knight or something.

Darksouls isn't as popular nor sells as much as any of the COD games. I guess it's just a popular Niche game at most. I like the game a lot, but cod is in a different league than Darksouls anyway.

I honestly wouldn't consider this a pirate device. The whole point of amiibo collecting is to get the little statue, no? Most people seem to keep them in the box anyway, so it's not going to hurt sales at all.
Some amiibos are already impossible to get and something like this alleviates the needs to buy certain amiibo from scalpers to unlock a character in fire emblem or something.

TBH this collection would've been cool if it was more like the PS2/GC megaman collection. You know, where it had almost ALL of the major megaman games as well other stuff. I guess it's okay for $15? Though I think you can just get the PS2/GC collection for less.

I'd say Nintendo has a leg up over Sony when it comes to Iconic status. It's a fun little party game, but not a good Gauntlet game. The lack of unlockables and the game itself being short left a bad taste. It kinda made us want to go back and play the N64/dreamcast version.

Final Fantasy 13 - Little exploration, a slew of annoying characters, and a broken battle system made this one of the worse Jrpgs I played of the ps3/360 generation. FF13-2 I actually liked since the story was ridiculously stupid and they fixed the combat. I liked Noel and Serah WAY more than the entire cast of 13.
