Yet Sony did NOTHING to curb cheating in Modern Warfare 2 with the so-called "Javelin glitch", while MS would ban people for doing it if caught. That's the kind of action needed, not removing features because *maybe, possibly* someone *might* develop something that *may* allow people to *possibly* play pirated games.

When they made "Super Mario Bros. The Movie," is beyond me. If there's ever any proof for that statement, that movie is it.
I thought I must be missing something because the clip is only 15 seconds. Like you said, Hermes isn't "skipped," it just allows you to avoid some grappling sections that take time. Hermes' gift is needed in order to beat the game. Hell, it's needed to get past the next section.
This has to be the MOST misleading title for this "story," if it's not an outright lie. Glad someone else said this.
Cool tip though.
"Please remember by using costumes in your second playthrough, the ability to earn the trophies you might have missed will be disabled."
If that's true, it's pretty disappointing. God of War on the collection sure didn't have this limitation. Something else I've never understood is why the costumes/bonuses are only available on modes you've already beaten ? I can see waiting until you've beaten the game once, proper, even force players to do it on "Normal" dif...
In the sense that you find out who bosses are, what weapons you get, and various other things which could be considered spoilers. Nothing crazy like who the Origami Killer is or anything. :P
Where the hell do I "Speak up" ? I've always wondered this. You'll see a company come out and say, "Here's what you've been asking for." but no one I know asked for whatever it is they were offering. Or conversely, you have Ninty saying, "You want it, speak loudly," but where ? Email ? Go to the corporate office ? Write my member of Parliament ? What mystical forum are these guys all on looking for what people supposedly want ?
Tell me, 'cause I'll g...
"wow, this may be a hard concept for some of you to grasp but its a Squaresoft Franchise."
It must be real hard, even for you, because not too long before this post you said,
"Funny story, in the 90s FF was a Nintendo franchise and sony was was the big bad corporate wolf, oh how times have changed."
If you're going to call people out, at least do it consistently.
As I understand it, a lot of people aren't too pleased with SEGA and their cuts to Yakuza 3. I sure saw a lot of news about that. lol
Maybe it will push more of these companies to simply include modding in future releases.
Probably not, but I can hope, can't I ?
If I didn't already have a PS3, MAG certainly wouldn't be the game that made me get one. I've said this since I played the first one, the *ONLY* game/series that would make me want a PS3, if I didn't already own one, is Uncharted. I don't know why I've attached myself to this series so much, but I'd have to say that it's my favorite series of any game, by far, of all time. And this is coming from someone who enjoys RPG's more than any other genre.
Also, now hearing that it's not...
Only time will tell on this one, but I imagine that Sony will do everything in their power to charge you up the wazzu. And for what ? Titles that are delayed, or non-existent on the PS3, or for features that are only partially implemented (Fragmented Trophy Library and Custom Soundtracks to name two) or changing the actual hardware design of their systems (I can't buy a new equivalent model to the one I own - this very seriously pi**es me off).
The unfortunate thing for Sony (in ...
If your wife is a prude, there's one sure-fire way to fix it. LEAVE HER !
There is no, and let me repeat that, THERE IS NO excuse to cheat around on anyone, ever ! If things are that ass, leave. Especially in his situation, he actually has the money to do just that.
And so what that she's a prude, that means he has the right to risk her life by f*cking some tramp and bringing home some shatty STD's ? As a male, I apologize to the decent, albeit prude women out there,...
I am looking forward to this one. I hope they don't butcher the series.
That is all.
Wow, sir...really, wow.
I didn't think that anyone could wrap up my feelings on the subject so eloquently. Bubbles for you.
It's not MS's fault that the women decided to flaunt their sexuality in anyway, shape, or form on the public forum. Like JaPo said, I don't go around announcing my sexuality to people, I don't put it in my Avatar, I don't use it as my motto, I don't use it as my signature, and to be honest I don't really want people to know. It's nobody's busine...
Probably every gaming news site/blog on the internets emailing them asking "R U COMINZ TO TEH pS3?"
My biggest gripe with the game was that it was just all too intense all the time. Battle after battle, after battle. It didn't seem like there were any "slow" periods, sort of time to reflect on what's been going on, and push the story simply through the story telling.
I also enjoyed the health system from the first rather than the, sort of, Call of Duty style of regeneration (although I understand that many, many games use this).
And of course, I miss the ...
Outside of the graphics and gameplay (which were crazy tight) the story did seem a little disjointed and difficult to follow. Maybe it wasn't difficult to follow, maybe I didn't like the characters as much as the first one. Maybe the story itself felt a little out of place or maybe it felt forced. Whatever it was, the story didn't grab me the way the first Uncharted game did.
Now, that's not to say that I didn't absolutely love the game, and Nathan Drake isn't my hero (he so is)...
You think it's OK to physically attack someone because of a stupid comment about a video game ? You must, or you wouldn't have brought it up. Also, you then resort to flinging insults. It looks like Metal Gear Rising has made you look quite the fool.
However, I do agree with your opinion of the first Assassins Creed, very boring and uber-repetitive.
I kinda like it. Gave me heart surgery I needed a couple years ago.
Okie then....
Sony said it was to protect the consumers...someone above suggested they didn't want their security compromised. You might not have said it, but it has been said, particularly Sony did in fact say it was for our security, but I suppose I really shouldn't trust Sony's word after this anyway.
Hackers are still going to make progress, those who are intent on hacking will just simply not update and they will bide their time, regardless of any move by Sony. ...
