WOW, if this is true, then all one has to do is rent a game and dump it on the HD. Of course, some games are 50gigs, so that HD will quickly start to fill up. A lot of people will start buying the 1 Terabyte 2.5 inch HD to upgrade their PS3s.
Works on the Slim too:
Sucks that you have to plug-in the console everytime, unlike the PS3 that has a power switch.

Well, it is a Unreal engine game, so it probably won't run and/or look as good for PS3
I am talking purely from a market share point-of-view that Sony needs to drop the price, but because of the profitability, they can't
LOL @ ShinGino, Killzone 3 is not even coming out this year
WOW, both the PS3 & the Wii *really* need a price drop.
I believe next month the 360 will outsell the Wii and PS3 again because more supply of the new slim 360 should be available.
With $50 dollar blu-ray players coming, there will be less of a reason to get a PS3.
Impressive for Microsoft....1st place in sales, outselling the PS3 by 50%, even with the new 360 model shortages.
July is going to be a bloodbath for Microsoft. The new model will be out for the full month in July.
Sony really needs a price cut this year..they have to get to $250
LOL, Square is just not relevant in this new era of gaming.
Final Fantasy XIV won't sell any new Xbox 360s. In this economy, I would not be surprised if the game flops, especially considering it has a monthly fee.
Well, Rage in motion can have an advantage in graphics, considering it is running in 60fps, compared to only 30fps for Killzone 3 and Crysis
Playstation Move has Momentum? Right now, neither has any
probably because FFX13 was such a disappointment. All everyone was talking about was the failure of the game itself, not which version was a better version of crap.
The 360's more powerful GPU is helping for this game. The PS3's RSX GPU is most likely the culprit. Some games rely more on GPU than the CPU
True ...they need to fix the shortages of people wanting to buy the system.
?
It is about time the USA gets a competitive advantage.
Japan has always "cheated" in the past with their devalued currency.
Up until about the last couple years, Japan has always had the exchange rate advantage, as the dollar was valued more than the Yen. It is about time, US corporations get a break.
There are smart zombies?
Linux only has about 1% of the consumer O.S. market, yet Valve is still investing in it. In a way, it is good to see Valve do that.
Sony will probably post a loss again for the next year. The economy is still at least a year off from recovery. Apple is killing them in the electronics business; Samsung is killing them in the flat-panel TV business; Nintendo is killing them in the videogame business. All Sony seems to be talking about lately is 3D, which spells trouble....

Namco is just going to have to accept the fact that not many people are willing to spend $60 bucks on a fighting game anymore.
I wish they would stop the silly gimmicks in Soulcalibur, like putting Star Wars characters in it.
lolz
