True, but if I remember correctly, the Day\Night cycle in Davis will be free.

Fingers crossed that we do see some decent Trophy support for older games. I'm hoping E3 might shed some light on it... we'll see.

Same here, it has my attention but I want to find out more first.

Out of what is not confirmed to get trophies:
MGS4
GTA4
Folklore
Assassin's Creed
Orange Box

Because I want reasons to go back and play them again. Folklore definitely should since it's a Sony 1st party title.

Bear in mind that it doesn't matter when trophy support arrives because it Burnout trophies WILL be retroactive. So anything you do now will not go to waste.

This is a great reason to head back to Paradise City. Looking forward to it.

God I hope so! It's been out in America since May 1st, so it's about time.

Definitely an improvement! Now we just need games that have platinum trophies in them. (Burnout Paradise will probably be my first)

Such a simple solution. That's probably it. (Side note: The game might need trophy support, so it may only work with SSDHD)

Sheesh, when they say soon they mean soon. Hopefully now there will be a few more Trophy and music patches released.

Strange, there's someone in the comments section there complaining about the R2 spring breaking on his imported DS3, the same thing has happened to one of my imported controllers. Dodgy controller batch?

I don't own a 360, but I still hope this isn't true. I'm sick of RRoD jokes and stabs at Microsoft's hardware quality, really sick of it.

Metal Gear!

I've been looking forward to this episode. Thanks guys!

Uncharted I played on Easy the first time, probably for the best since it kicked my ass. But went back and beat it on Hard afterwards, and once the trophy support arrives I will (try to) beat it on Crushing.

I like to start on Easy or Normal and work my way up, it depends on the game. I feel as though I get more out of the games this way since I can't afford to buy every single game I would like.

Sony will definitely have made changes, releasing the same firmware would be pointless. So everyone will need to update to this. Not a big deal really.

And Jordan, I would think that the Super Stardust update will also go back online at the same time because, as jay said, everyone who didn't get it before will want to start earning trophies. :)

File Sharing isn't illegal! Transferring copyright material is obviously, but how can they tell the difference between a newly released album and your own privately created MP3s?

Next thing you know you'll be arrested for downloading AVG because the ISP thought you pirating Windows or something.

This game is made by Blizzard who are based in California, so Diablo 3 is indeed made by Americans. (Some employees will be from other cultures of course but you get my drift).

And 5.2: Good point. We're all nerds at heart.

Likewise: I loved the concept of Achievements on the 360, hearing the N4G Podcast guys rave about it made me wish the PS3 had it. Now it does, albeit in a limited sense at the moment, but I look forward to building my collection when I can.

There will be trophies for the original map. And they say they'll add new trophies to upcoming levels as well.

And personally I think $7, (or around £4) is a fair price considering the size of this update.

I'm glad someone else sees that. This was Microsoft's fault, not Criterion's.

So if you love Sony, you can praise them for approving this faster.
And if you love Microsoft, you can praise them for having so much stuff to approve that sometimes it takes longer.

Everyone wins.
