If I was a mod I would have sent you next door by now. I guess you're lucky they're so lenient.
Imagine if the Live service was reversed. Say that, like PSN you could play online, download demos and trailers, and interact with your friends to the extent you can on PSN, all for free. This would be silver membership. Then, gold membership would give you all the extras like the arcade, ingame messaging and fast downloads. Would you then pay $50 a year for gold membership?
Just click ignore and he'll never bother you again.
Yaaaay! snow!
I saw frame drops in both.
Except COD4.
For sweaty gamers, huh?
I've joined the crowd like 5 times....
They are.
Valve is a special studio. No one has a set job, they just come into work and work on what they want to. You could be doing design one day and programming the next. Most multiplatform devs have been adjusting to PS3 by having a specialised team for PS3 development. For valve to develop on PS3, everyone in the company would have to go through the pain of learning to program for the ps3. Do you see the problem now?
I get much, much worse framerate problems playing pc games. And guess what, it doesn't stop me playing PC games.
No way man, downloadable content is ruining games. It's often hugely overpriced and is becoming an excuse for developers to release games with less content than before.
I either want a full sequel or a new game set in the same world, or for them to just let it lie. Bioshock was fantastic, but I don't need anything more out of it. Let the devs make a new ip instead, and just build it to the same or better standard than this stunning game.
Have you ever played a PC game? People make tons of maps for free.
Man you should check out the sniping on COD4. I know so many people say it's broken but I love it. I've now practically abandoned the old run n' spray gameplay in favour of seeking out those perfect sniper headshots. And plus you have a great variety of sniper rifles to choose from!
I agree, although Pro Evo goes straight under COD4 for me. My playtime is mostly split between COD4 and Pro Evo. COD4 is the best online shooter ever created. If it had more multiplayer options like co-op and online/splitscreen combined then it would be best multiplayer shooter ever, but as it stands, best online.
I find a lot of the time if it has trouble connecting to a game, if i just quit back to the multiplayer main screen (with the options for online, splitscreen and LAN) and go back into online then it usually sorts itself out. This is especially true when I've failed to connect to a friend's party and subsequently been unable to join games.
Good luck with your issues!
You ain't gonna get co-op for COD4. They said the experience was too individual, like in the interactive cutscenes in first person view. Think of the number of cinematic set pieces in COD4 and ask yourself whether they would work alongside co-op.
I'm still waiting for sony to bring out the even smaller ps2. I'm really tempted to get one.
I think it's important that both consoles have exclusives, otherwise what is there to tell them apart? Okay, yeah, you could choose between the PS3's blu ray player and the 360's Xbox Live, and you might like the cheaper 360 or prefer the better value for money PS3, but that's not the way you should be choosing a console. It should be about the games.Imagine if Halo was multiplatform. The Xbox would be dead and the PS3 would have no direct competition. It would still be incredibly expensive, ...
I saw one of your posts on some random news site somewhere. I can't remember what it was but it was definitely obscene fanboyism, so i looked at the name and it was yooouu!!!!
