It had been previously reported that "ALL" PS3 games would be available for remote play. I was skeptical sure. We just dont want people getting their hopes up for a feature that isnt coming.

Thats actually an excellent question.
Me personally, not just because I am a PS3 owner, Level 20 sounds better. It feels more familiar to gaming. You level up in an RPG, so it makes senses to level up on the PSN...
If you hear Level 1, you know its at the beginning.
If you hear Gamerscore 3200, it makes me think, is that high? low?
It was pretty much only first party stuff.
