The readers are upset because one of my authors was posting false info. Sadly people don't realize that I fired that writer.

You are entitled to your opinions, but like I said above, the author who was the source of the false rumors has been removed.
Did it hurt the site's rep? Yes
But should I just give up because of one author not discussing his stories with me before posting them?
The authors name was whoelse.
Unfortunately, any wrong information that was on PSLS was written by him.
Once I found out all his information was wrong, I immediately removed him.
Our credibility is very important to me, and I removed him so readers can have faith in what we write about.
Even though now, we don't deal with any inside "leaks" or things of that nature. That way we wont upset developers/publishers.
I don't blame you. That FFVII rumor pissed me off too. So much so that I removed the author who wrote that from the site.
It would have been up sooner, but the author who normally handles this couldn't get to it today.
