I can't see the next Xbox being a good game machine this time around, last gen all it really had was its PC architectures, it ran on X86 so it was very developer friendly, it also came out a year ahead of the PS3, and cost $200 less. It got alot of breaks by Sony's mistakes.
Yet, with even all of that it still winded up being outsold.

If the same game, developed for a PC today is $49 why the heck is it sold on current consoles for $59? Is it because development is easier on PCs today?

cpu and gpu are VASTLY more important than ram, many games only use 2gb ram, 4gb at most also, cores of cpu are greatly underutilized, many games run on a single core, some on 2 and very, very few utilize quad cores
the ram is great on the ps4, everything else is mid spec at very best

1st Monthly service access :
You can have access to a set of game titles on the cloud for a set monthly fee, these will most likely consist of PS3, PS2, and PS1 games much like net flicks, not every game under the sun but a huge selection.
2nd Games you already own: Backwards compatibility.
This will most likely work with all PS games: simply place the game...
