On the bright side, at least I know an official date for the Last Remnant. Actually looks promising. Been playing Infinite Undiscovery. Started out pretty good, but starting to taper down to being boring.

I've been playing Halo 3 on Legendary, almost beat it to the end. I'm ready for the expansion. Bring it on!
It's not necessarily that Tekken is "bad" per say. But rather suffers from being the same over and over again.
But hardcore Tekken fans really couldn't care less. It could be the same but with upgraded visuals is more than they want.

Yup. However history tends to repeat itself in one form or another. Back in the early 1900s when Japan was first introduced to western culture. The emperor wanted to adopt the western ways so that the country may prosper.
This seems to be the case with SE. Except, now with Microsoft being that western influence. And it doesn't take a genius to know that MS is one of the richest companies in the world. So partnering with them over Sony who "refuses" or "can't" ...
As much as I like the new features coming for the 360. I hate the phrase "New Xbox Experience." because it sounds like a stupid marketing phrase.
If you haven't noticed, SE is really trying to Woo the western gamers. Which includes getting on their knees and pleasing Microsoft.
Waiting for the 360 version of Versus to be announced. Or the 360 version of FFXIII announced in Japan.

Yeah they lost the 3rd party support. But in turn, the really amped up their 1st party studio games. Which to Sony fans should be a blessing. Because it's comforting to know that 1st party games won't suffer from being a half attempted port.
Nobody should be really surprised on this one. Many people, even hardcore ps3 fans called this one. But hey this is a great fighting series, which I prefer over Soul Caliber (overrated IMO) so everybody wins!
Now I just have to find a 3rd party 360 controller that has a good d-pad.

Actually you're right, I should have rephrased it to losing "Exclusive" 3rd party support.
So far this generation, this whole "console war" thing is more like a volley ball game. Sony gets this, then MS comes out with that.
Some analysts were right in predicting that there isn't going to be "one" console, but instead. All of them are going to co-exist.
If you think about it, either way with a PS3 or 360....
