Don't put microtransactions in a proper retail game! It is disgusting and is the new vermin in gaming. I can understand in a free-to-play model...but not when you have paid good money for the game already.
That is true. However, comments on 1080p/60fps happen to spark up on any game that is on both the Xbox One and PS4.
I will believe it when I see it.
Came here to say this.
I suppose that's because it is an opinion piece and those thing in particular does not annoy the author. Your two issues would no bother me either, because I play all my media through my Smart TV functionality. I don't own any Blu Ray movies personally, but I can see how it annoys those who do.
He could be talking on behalf of other members on the website as well. Though, that would go against the description of the article.
I can second this. Never really had an issue with loading up the PSN.
Microtransaction are going to be the vermin of this gen. I am quite glad at the outlash Turn 10 got for Forza 5....just that response could have made other developers/publishers hesitant about their prices.
I normally don't deal with DLC, but I am extremely looking forward to Resogun's. DLC is fine if it is done properly, and not blatantly taken out of the original game or is already on the disc.
I got so used to using Nemesis that it is getting hard for me to adapt to Phobos, though I am getting used to it. Phobos is without a doubt the best for scores, just as long as you can hold on to your multiplier.
I had absolutely no interest in the Vita before the announcement of PlayStation Now. Seeing as how the service will not be in Europe till next year, I can see how things pan out and see if the service will live up to expectations. If it does, I will get a Vita for sure.
All of these games getting delayed is annoying for sure! But good things come to those who wait. Well...unless it is crap :p
What ship do you usually use?
Some people just like to share their opinions, which is why it has been put down as a opinion piece. That was the sole reason I created my own gaming site, so I can do that with my friends. I don't expect our site to get big as the competition is gigantic. So I can't see myself gaining anything (financially) out of it.
I don't know about the author of this article, but I just enjoy writing articles on games.
Happy for all of those who can handle horror games, unfortunately...i am a huge wuss and I wouldn't touch this game with a barge pole. PS+ is ripping it apart.
Depends on the type of game it is. Shadow of the colossus and games like Resogun have next to no story but have fantastic gameplay. Then you have games like Phoenix Wright that is extremely story driven, which actually makes the gameplay good. For a game that is driven by both, i'd much rather have better gameplay. Any day of the week.
I never did get it...unfortunately. I absolutely loved the game, but was not THAT good at it. I remember getting stupidly close and then dying.
Tomorrow.
This is madness!
I agree you can't play games with terrible frame rates, i even say that in the article. I am not suggesting people to play games with terrible frame rates.
