Yes, fair enough. :)

I should have said that the author is barely literate.

Seriously, who approves these articles?

It's barely literate.

I think some people here are thinking about these options in the wrong way.

The idea that 'hardcore' gamers will stop using a traditional controller in favour of Move or Kinect is plainly stupid.

I cannot imagine that people who play a lot of games will ever abandon the type of controllers we now have.

In the end these motion controllers will be judged on how successful they are in drawing new customers to new experiences, not in ho...

You all need to learn that if an independent group disagree with your opinion it isn't necessarily a conspiracy.

Different people believe different things, is that such a strange concept for you all to absorb?

Maybe you all need a nap.

Jump to conclusions much?

Just because the demonstration was set up at that distance doesn't mean that it's the minimum possible distance. Did it occur to anyone that the display was calibrated to that distance, hence the line?

Or are you convinced that you can't play any further away either?

5458d ago 3 agree2 disagreeView comment

Absolutely. Not just in 360 or MS articles either. Just about EVERY thread ends up with the same drooling morons talking the same mindless garbage.

The idea behind this site is rock solid. The users less so.

The PSN + service offers some nice features, but I think Live still wins because of it's integrated nature. It's the seamless way it operates and it's ease of use that makes it worthwhile. Party and cross-game chat, messaging and invites from anywhere at anytime, background downloading of every single thing etc, etc, etc.

It was designed that way from the ground up. PSN is doing a good job of trying to compete, but it's still playing catchup.

That is such an ignorant thing to say. You don't have to be a fan of Kinect to realise that the technology in it is far more advanced than the PS Eye.

5471d ago 5 agree6 disagreeView comment

Yes it does. Reads like a long N4G post in fact.

It's clear that he says that, in his opinion, NONE of the new offerings (including Move and 3DS) offer anything more than incremental change.

The article headline is misleading and, given that most people here only read the headline, the article should be removed or retitled.

5472d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

It worked well enough and it looked like a lot of fun. MS are also selling it to the right crowd in the right way.

I'm tipping that 99.9% of the people who buy this will never even have heard of N4G.

All that frenetic and desperate hating wasted. What a shame.

5474d ago 12 agree4 disagreeView comment

Well, if it doesn't detect wrist movement then it will probably never even know that N4G exists.

5476d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

It's clear from the article that Lionhead are very keen to support Kinect, but that they plan to implement it properly with 'something special' not rush its implementation for the sake of it.

Get it? 'Not rushing' means 'doing it right'.

You're all so keen to dismiss it that a poorly written headline is all you need.

It must be so disappointing to find, again and again, that the truth doesn't fit your world...

Kinect is going to work in about the same amount of space required for Move or Wii.

Given Nintendo's sales I think plenty of people have room enough.

5480d ago 1 agree1 disagreeView comment

This is a concern. If it was coming for free Sony would've pumped it big during the keynote. It's a key feature that users have been asking for consistently for years.

If it's not in the paid version of PSN then I think there's a good chance that it isn't coming at all.

5480d ago 1 agree0 disagreeView comment

I think you may be right. There's a bunch of really good games coming but E3 is pretty low on innovation this year.

LBP2 is going somewhere different. That's nice.

"The most impressive demo was EyePet, a revamped version of a virtual pet game we got a look at last year."

Oh dear.

Let's face facts, 'Move' and 'Kinect' are all about sharking the Wii market. Benefits to players hardcore enough to use sites like N4G will be minimal or non-existent.

5480d ago 3 agree3 disagreeView comment

Boy, that's quite a lot of support. Just like Sixaxis.

Redlight suspects that Darksniper should get out more.

I own all three current gen consoles and enjoyed Alan Wake greatly. A new game from Remedy would be most welcome.

Given that many of you aren't capable of making any AAA comments, why not shut up?
