This is a websites comments section. You'll see many weird and absurd responses here. As for an article, you usually expect to see it well-constructed and easy to read. This blogger didn't read what he/she wrote before posting.
How is he trolling? He's stating a fact. IGN isn't the only reviewer to give the game a low score. Those bitching and complaining about the review scores are the real trolls and spammers. Why are so many spamming N4G with their butthurt comments about GT5's review scores?
A good article? At least IGN knows how to use grammar and punctuation properly.
As Jason said above, IGN isn't the only site to review the game with such a 'low' score. Maybe there really is something wrong with the game?
And remember guys, IGN said it's a 10/10 sim in a 5/10 game. It's GOOD.
