So all the ps3 fans say its another generic FPS yet you praise the coming of KZ2, UT3, Haze, COD 4, Rainbow 6 Vegas 2, Socom. You guys are some hypocrites...The ps3 seems pretty FPS heavy to me...
Wow. The title is grossly misleading. Never in that entire article did he say that the 360 is the most reliable hardware. How did this article get approved?
I completely can accept people saying they prefer the ps3 as a system. However, I own both systems and I can safely say that the 360 is the better controller. If the ps3 controller switched the d-pad with the left analog stick, had better trigger buttons and if the analog sticks were concave I'd say its just as good as the 360's.
I personally bought my ps3 as a blu ray player primarily and then a gaming machine.
At this point I think Microsoft would be crazy not to add a blu ray add on...Its a sure shot deal and pretty much blu ray has won the format war. Not to mention current 360 owners with the hd dvd add on might feel less inclined to purchase a ps3 to get blu ray. Obviously, ppl who want a ps3 are gonna buy a ps3 but there are those "on the fence" consumers that I think that MS can possibly win over.
Sorry but it doesn't matter if its 360, ps3 or pc. Lost planet sucks.

If you have never played this game trust me when i tell you that you've missed out on one of the most fun games of all time.
I so regret doing prestige mode. Losing my claymores, p90 and 50 cal hurt so much. Im back up to 27 and I find that as Im paying more attention to the challenges and to complete them its alot faster than the first go round. Either way, when I get back to 55 again I will not do prestige again lol From that point I want all the golden guns. I love this game...
Yes its good that the format war is over. But am I the only one worried that maybe sony will be a little less hesitant to drop prices since they don't have to worry about HD DVD anymore? But then again the bigger battle now begins with DVD...
I actually have the same problem as the writer of the article. The ps3 does a fantastic job of upscaling dvd's and blu ray of course looks phenomenal. However, when that fan kicks in...wow. There is enough space for my unit to breathe so at this stage I'm still within my exhange period to go and see if I can swap it with another unit. I'll let you guys know what happens once I get the new unit. If it matters, I have the 40gb version.

Well Hd did it with Paramount so its no surprise this happened as well. Well in the end, I own a ps3 and opted to wait to see if Id get the hd dvd add on for the 360. Good judgment on my part. Exactly. I don't understand why he has to sound so immature about it...If he was saying the same thing but about HD DVD you guys would say all sorts of things about the guy. I have no problems with him preferring blu ray. Heck I have a ps3 so Id love to see Transformers on Blu Ray. However, at the end of the day he is a professional and should come across that way.
Oh man...The Effects:
1) Microsoft is going to have to start giving away those HD-DVD add ons.
2) Whoever approved the Xbox Ultimate is getting fired.
3) I FINALLY get to see Neo in high def on blu ray
4) Toshiba licks their wounds and c*ck blocks major releases from paramount just to upset everyone

Well, I own both ps3 and 360 and I've made it no secret that I prefer my 360. But you'd have to be very ignorant to deny that this is going to push the ps3 to the forefront of the gaming console war. Sony took a new format and put it in their most powerful franchise (A gigantic risk) and it is now going to pay off for them. Well, as HD DVD will be leaving us soon I have only one comment:
BRING ON THE MATRIX TRILOGY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
KZ2, MGS 4, FF13 are all coming out yet its LBP which makes me the most excited about my ps3 purchase. Im not putting down the other games cause they're fantastic, its just that LBP seems so refreshing and innovative.
