Seems like too many people don't know about laptops with MXM GPU's...not the soldered disposable rubbish.
I upgraded my laptop from AMD 7970m to Nvidia 780m then 980m. Good stuff.
It always gets unlocked. I don't know why they even bother. The devs probably cheaped out and tied the frame rate to the physics engine.
Then they'll be consoles... don't hold your breath.
On topic. Steam is fantastic. Nothing comes close, but it's good there is still competition.
