It can't just hide in the shadows!
*hides* 🙈
yea exactly. I don't hate them either, I actually do enjoy them some. I'll most likely pick it up on Black Friday. That seems to be the most consistent time I buy them.
*And yea, the PS5 Pro comparison was looking compelling! I don't have one yet, and that may be something I get on Black Friday too. Shadows would be a good purchase at that time to go along with it.
People have caught on to how fast Ubisoft games drop in price. Assassin's Creed games are something people pick up later on sale because there are a billion of them, and are a huge time sink. I always end up picking them up too, but only after 6 months - 1 year, and I have only ever finished 3 of them.
I apologize then. We only have one Switch at the moment, and the Switch 2 will be our second. If this is the case, they are doing a poor job at explaining this. The messaging needs to be clearer for owners of 2 systems on the same account.
@Profchaos This is like Microsoft level messaging. Smh
Nope. This does nothing for physical games, you do not get a digital copy out of this. This is strictly for digital games & it restricts your digital copy to one location at any given time.
The only advantage this has is loaning a digital game to somebody else's account.
Dumb. I love Nintendo games, but their business side is so ass backwards. I could log into 2 Playstation consoles and play 1 owned game online with my kids 10 years ago. Here we are in 2025 and we can only log into a game on one Nintendo Switch at a time. We have to wait through some convoluted, slow "sending game" screen on top of that. 🤦♂️
Patapon 1&2 remasters & Hot Shots Golf on Nintendo Switch?
Yesssss. Been wanting to give Robocop a whirl! Getting 80's nostalgia-slammed this month it seems, I guess I'll give Texas Chainsaw Massacre a shot too. Dad had me watching that stuff at like 7 years old back in the 80's. XD Game on!
the time. yes.
And this is why they're cancelling all VR support after March. That absolutely sucks bc I honestly only really play bc of the VR mode. It really wasn't my thing until I felt the immersion.
Sounds like Microsoft fans are the ones getting it loaded in the backend these days. 😆
The big question is, can I still level up my stamina by swimming laps in moats & ponds? 🤔
Lol, this. You'd swear this was IGN, then when the game releases, they'll give it a 7.0.
I've seen exactly this scenario happen 15-20 years ago when i worked at Gamestop, multiple times. Customer would bring in a busted or outdated console and nothing else. We'd tell them we'd have to sell them the missing items & the costs would outweigh the value, then they'd walk out the door with their busted or outdated console. Aka, it was worthless w/o the required accessories. This is nothing new.
Yea, I remember being an ASM at a Gamestop store during that time, and reports of a high amount of red ringing demo units were already coming in BEFORE launch. They knew the console wasn't ready, but shoved it out early anyways. It did have a great launch w exclusives, but consumer trust eroded by the end of that gen.
Only because the inevitable Remaster will launch on the Switch 2 this Fall.
You can tell a jrpg fan by where they rank the PS1. If they rank it low, they usually don't have love for them.
It was one of the most important consoles for jrpgs, incredible lineup! Suikoden 1&2 HD Remaster released yesterday is a great reminder of that.
I still really enjoyed my PS Vita, but one of my favorite things to play on it (and even on PSP) were the classic PS1 jrpgs. So for that reason, PS1 has to go above PSP, is above Vita. PSP had a...
As a Quest owner and an avid PSVR1 owner & mega fan, I haven't seen any must have exclusives that I can't play on Steam (or Meta store *cringe*) outside of the launch titles.
Man, i still want it so bad for GT7 plus my g29 setup, but I can't justify the price considering what's already available to me! I expected a ton of Playstation exclusives to make me jump at buying a headset.
@jznrpg no doubt it will, but regardless, Black Friday will be the most likely time that I pick it up personally. It's almost a tradition at this point!
