Despite KZ2 not flopping and receiving low scores like everyone hoped and expected, it ended up being a fantastic game. Now we have people complaining because it doesn't play like [enter fps here], smh. I'm not sure how L4D2 manged to get nominated. All that mindless shooting, shallow gameplay, and delivered with an outdated engine, doesn't seem like GOTY material. Not to mention, the game is pretty much crap if you aren't playing co-op with other people. Oh well, to each his own.
CoD series, Rainbow6, GRAW2, Assasins Creed, Resident Evil 5, GTA4, and Dead Space all run fine on PS3. Quit exaggerating comparisons.

No, not even close. You make it seem like these games run at 480p, 15fps on PS3 while they run native 1080p, 120fps on 360. Your just proof people exaggerate these comparisons to death and try to make it seem these games are unplayable on PS3, which is far from true. I can...

Like tekken, gtaiv, and dmc, the attach rate will be much higher on ps3. Even if the 360 version came to japan, it would still flop over there.
But on this site, you won't be seen as trying to 'make a point' but only as 'crying'. But to be fair, it would be the same reaction if it was the other way around.
Also, I agree 100%. I couldn't believe how sh!ty this game looked when I played the demo on 360 and it had slowdowns. I'm not a graphics whore or anything, it just looked that bad. I think they might of reviewed it on PC, which is where L4D plays and looks best on.

Even if it's a different reviewer, what this represents is that IGN think it's worse than the 360 version, which isn't true. Also, lets not forget them constantly using U2 as a benchmark on PS3 yet giving multiplats a pass. IGN needs to come up with a new way of reviewing games.

Anyways, GOWIII will be fine. Maybe if it was a remake of FFVII on PS3 that was coming, then they probably should rethink it but that isn't the case. This FF game just looks ok.
Reminds me of this game I use to play on Sega Saturn. I forgot the name but you play as some dude riding a dragon and shooting monsters. Gameplay looks somewhat similar. I could be wrong.

I don't blame PC owners for not buying it. IW took everything away from the PC version that made it worth buying and they raised the price. Have you guys been living under a rock? PC sales would of been much better if it wasn't for what they did. And those 'standards' do exist and are very real.

Because it's generated enough attention to the point where people are expecting good scores from it because of all the hype. Basically, they're telling the masses what they want to hear.
MW2 isn't a bad game, it's just good. Not the most epic f**king game in the world. It doesn't do enough to achieve that status. Reading some of these reviews and scores will make it seem like it does though.
Same could be said for 360. I haven't played a game on it that didn't ask me to update it. I'm not sure what makes people think this only happens with PS3.

360 is capable of better graphics then that, the engine is old, and it doesn't take much to max it out, so why does it look so bad on 360?
