@DrShoe: So basically you have never met a gamer who likes games. Nothing I said in my comment isn't how I feel about the gameplay. It feels amazing. Especially as the Interceptor. You should should try playing it instead of fighting a fake war online.
Yeah, I am loving the gameplay. Especially as the Interceptor. Feels amazing to play.
There is no way to avoid a lack of content. It is a matter of time. But luckily GAAS games will continue to get content so it isn't a real issue for the game, just an issue for patience. Which I agree, can be frustrating, but in the end we will end up with way more content than your average 60 dollar game normally provides.
Anthem has a great foundation as far as gameplay. And they clearly know how to build interesting worlds. Can't wait to see where the game goes....
Denis Dyack lol... nobody should ever believe a word this man says.
Clickbait doesn't deserve to be read.
Yep, it is a fun game. Everyone wants to be a critic these days, but some of us get to actually play the games hehe.
It is a looter shooter. What were you expecting to do?
Figuring out ways to boost damage is part of playing the game. It is called discovery. And in this case it is as basic as it gets. You would literally find out while playing the game if you put any time into it. Which is why this review is nonsense and why he is right.
It is literally a combination. Primer followed by a detonator. Does everything today need to be spelled out. Imagine this guy trying to play Monster Hunter.
Have you played Anthem yet? Doing combos is not hard.
He is right. How can you review a full game when you don't even know how to do a basic combo? It is the internet so of course anything goes, but counting those scores on sites isn't fair. That reviewer obviously didn't put any effort into his review.
Maybe just scale it down a little. The cutscenes are amazing, but if the cost of them is making it unreasonable for the amount of money you are making, I am sure you can do an alternative that would be suitable. I would be fine with in game storytelling.
I didn't read the article, I was only arguing the Title. And he clearly says Microsoft. Again, don't care. Just pointing out the inaccuracy. But I know you love you some bias inaccuracy so have at it.
That is a fine argument. Phil runs Xbox, not Microsoft.
You make a good point about the Division. Decent gameplay with a horrible EndGame. Let's see what Bioware does though first. They have a much better base than Division did at launch in my opinion.
Are you really comparing millions of lines of code all working together to a pizza hehe
The title reads, MS Seems To Have No Interest in VR, Next Xbox May Not Have it. So yeah, it isn't in the title. It is either clickbait or bs. I don't care either way, just pointing out that it is incorrect. Sorry if you don't like factual things pointed out.
I don't see a reason for them not to add support. Xbox does run Windows 10 which already supports it. My best guess is they are just worried about the Consumer Support aspect of VR. Some users love it, some users hate it and some users just get really sick.
Sadly, creating things takes time. They can't just magically snap their fingers and have all these cool assets that work with all the code.
The issue with that is that you lose out on all that data from players to help influence the future. I am sure they have a lot of assets ready to build off of but part of designing a game as a service is to build what the people playing your game want.
