No it's not. You have no idea what you're asking for. Being able to carry your character over would kill this game on day 1.
I hate this game on release. It was a huuuuuge disappointment. I wanted it dead and wanted to unfriend the people on my list who continued to send invites to this shit game. But even a hater like myself must admit that the game has improved vastly since then and it does an excellent job at entertaining it's target audience.
Some bad games do get better over time. I count Destiny, Elder Scrolls Online, and hell, even The Division among this list.
This game is a riot to play, but I can't help but wonder if there are some missed opportunities here. The combat system is perfect for a Dark Souls style single player campaign so I'm disappointed that they didn't go down this route. As for the multiplayer, it's not deep enough and there isn't enough maps.
What I want this game to be, Monster Hunter with Dino Bots. What I'm afraid it will be, Farcry Primal with Dino Bots. Please don't be Farcry Primal with Dino Bots.
How come there are so many good games coming out in Feb? Between R7, Nioh, For Honor and Horizon, I'm broke as hell. Don't these people know that I have a mortgage to pay? Pace it out a little, and Sony, two great exclusives in one month? Come'on man!
The best way to answer is with 60 FPS on older titles. Either do this, or GTFO. Otherwise this will be just another PS4 Pro.
"It wasn't missed" LOL. Yeah right. One of my biggest beef with the Pro is that it was basically a just a standard PS4 for the rest of my library. Now I can finally get some benefit out of my other games.
I agree. There are Souls like games then there's this game. This game is so close to Dark Souls that it's practically plagiarism. Even the coop guy looks like a Sun Bros. Seriously!!? Have some decency. The good thing about the shameless copying is that the game will instantly feel at home for Souls fans.
The Division or Destiny is the best thing that can happen to this game. More than likely, it won't even get on their level.
This is a multiplayer game. Sending out reviews ahead of time is utterly pointless unless you have a head start. It's not like anyone is interested in this game for the single player campaign.
I don't mind always online. I get why it may be needed, but always online and peer to peer is simply unforgivable. I mean if Ubisoft is going to force me to always be online to play the game then they should have the common decency to provide me with dedicated servers instead of forcing me to deal with last peer to peer trash.
Look like they just made a 2017 version of the PS4 Pro. I bet this underpowered turd can't even handle 1080 60 FPS as a baseline.

Attention everyone in the VR industry. If you want to sell VR to gamers, this is what you need to sell. VR need to enhance the core gameplay experience and it needs to be AAA. Nobody is going to buy a $500-800 VR setup to play indie games and half assed demos.
Too bad OR and Vive isn't supported at launch. Hopefully, it'll be in the works because the Vive with this would be the ultimate VR experience.

There is zero protectionism here. It IS about fair trade. If they impose an import tax on us, we impose import taxes on them. The US is the biggest market in the world and the free ride for other countries is at an end. It is about time everyone competes on the level.
I can't obtain it in normal play during my 1st playthrough, then I have zero interest in plats. Now if these trophies are actually worth a damn then I might be interested.
Considering the state of recent "exclusives", there's nothing wrong with cancellations. Both Sony and MS should take a closer look at their lineups and trim the fat so to speak.
