indeed, I'm speaking from a halo fans point because they told a good story through game play, taking that story and twisting it to be entertaining without the game play is pointlessness. you'd really have to play it to get the most out of the franchise.
something about this article says overkill to me but I can't figure out what (needs game play videos).
actually, aside from Criterion's NFS as an awesome holdover, Undercover (in concept) and a return to Underground.. cross country/Highway 'race' is about all I really wanted BlackBox to try with NFS. Reminds me of Test Drive:Oahu's circuit of the Island race. You, the road, and some amount of traffic and cops pestering you if you get too out of control.
I hope they have bikes (reckless balls out speed) and helicopters (thrills).
oh geez.. is i...
goosebumbs.
it isn't a rumor, Crash is almost ready. If there is a another burnout, great, criterion doing what criterion does.
speaking about Spore, he's effectively correct. But yes, Wright was ejected long before this indignity was hatched.
well that was worth it (opening the link, closing the link without reading anything).
I'd really like to know what Firaxis could be doing with UE3. would love to hear they'd finally be looking into modernizing their Rails franchise (with physics etc). but if it is just for the sake of new IP.. that will be a harder sell.
I'd rather see them do more cinematic games like Conviction, even better take the focus away from shooters.
in this example all three are being compared as both. how many games they control and how much of the market they command.
last I heard THQ was poaching from Ubisoft, Ubi can ignore the lead and instead focus on covering their own ass.
cute iPhone game.
won't be able to shake it to Beyonce's Bootie ..shame
what wasn't wasted on Dragon Age II must have gone into the better and more important game.
again, this is unfair. It depends on how horribly they shred the original concept and how much shit is shoveled in.
the Halo anime was unspeakable garbage (except the CG part which was meh).
not the only example of a western IP ruined by being adapted into an anime. hope the mass effect one isn't as craptastic.
and Microsoft remaking it is any less sacrilegious?

I hope they [MS] don't just sue and stomp all over their [fans] faces.
not really. If there's no interest in Wii, and its list of games, and if there is overlap with respect to the markets the consoles are aimed at, then Project Cafe will most certainly replace Wii (which will exit production once the new console is on a steady footing).
tightening the belt.
I agree with #1 but that is exactly what happens.
Personally I'd rather not dignify this games violence towards Lara.
