It's not irrational. It's pretty common. Haven't you ever played a game that you knew was poorly made with lots of bugs but that you still had fun with? That's what the review is constantly saying.
This is an awesome review. It's insanely long and in-depth, but it's actually honest and talks about both the awful and good aspects of the game in detail. I had no idea Yukes owned a huge chunk of New Japan Pro Wrestling before this either. Makes me wonder why they've never done a NJPW vs WWE game. That would be huge.
You can platnum the game without the Nightwing and Robin add-ons. It's just like any other DLC trophies.
Best review of the game out there!
Awesome game across the board.
Wonderful game from beginning to end!
It'll be interesting to see what the other four games are this week. Any guesses? Death Knights of Krynn? Baldur's Gate? *snicker* Daggerdale?
If he's never watched it before and he HAS to review the game, how is he going to watch the 100+ the review says are required to know what is going on? There's a time and reality factor involved.
Dude, he says he did. He tried about a dozen episodes. I'd call that learning about it.
He says why he's reviewing it though. The token Bleach fan on their staff just had a kid and so someone else had to do it.
This seems like it's going to be a pretty solid game. Most of the reviews have been fairly positive.
Yeah, I think it is a positive sign that the previewer liked a good deal of the game and enjoyed it even though the story was unfriendly to newcomers.
I do agree with the review. Compared to the rest of the series, this game is massively overpriced and nowhere as good.
It's getting really strong reviews on both sides of the Atlantic.
Does that mean you should me embarassed about how you misspelled "pisspoor?"
Hilarious and 100% true.
It IS Hollywood Monsters 2. That's the name of the game in Spain. It was changed for English territories. Idiot.
The video footage of this guy playing it is quite hilarious.
Sounds fun! I'll probably pick it up at that price point.
I love DHGF, but why did someone add one of their pen and paper reviews to N4g.com? Can we do that now?
