I would play the hell out of that.
You can't really remaster games that old in the way it's being down with these games, especially for PS1. They were made before the times of super detailed textures and such. It'll just be going from blurry looking pooh to slightly sharper pooh.
If you're talking about remaking them, then I'm down for that. I would pay double for a new Bushido Blade.
While a couple of them I might well buy, my complaint is that the time taken to make these remasters could have been spent making a new game.
No, they discontinued it permanently several years ago, best I remember. Series kinda went downhill before they did, anyway.
Besides, like EA or not, they've made some pretty good NHL games.

Did you have trouble reading or what. He said the official announcement was hyperbole, but the GDC had more to it.
Besides, this isn't a Naughty Dog statement, and neither of them actually criticized DX12, specifically, but said DirectX itself slows you down because it isnt as low-level access. DX12 is specifically designed to cut away overhead and give developers more control to load balancing and such that lower lever APIs already do.
@Lord_Sloth
I don't think he's saying as much role-playing as he is situation-playing. I can dig that. I have no desire to be other people, I personally like who I am. However, I do like the idea of being in different worlds. Because of that, I make my customer characters as close to me as I can. That lets "me" go out and explore new places without having to worry about a character's motivations.
I assume there is a disclaimer saying, "No proceeds will be used to fix this game."

Really? That's what you're wanting?
I'm hoping for both companies to do well so there will be more great games for me to play.

And even before Kill Switch there was WinBack.

If there are big MS exclusives, I'm willing to bet it's something from EA. I doubt that the love they've been giving each other is going away, no matter what EA says publicly.
Wouldn't be surprised if it ended up being Battlefront 3 as a MS exclusive.
I know. Some of these whiny brats demand nothing less than a brand new, full game every single month. They want hundreds of dollars worth of games for all three systems or it's not good enough for their $50.
I don't know if my PS4 does it, but my TV does it very loudly. Just the plastic expanding a bit from being heated, nothing that will hurt it.
SouthClaw,
You divided the wrong way, dude.
AC - 2.42 games per year
BF - 1 game per year
COD - 1.82 games per year
Definitely good point, though. I'll forgive all if they make Beyond Good and Evil 2, however.
He has no love for Prince of Persia 3D?
The cruise control helps him out then. :)
I think MS is going to have a great E3, even if they only show more of what we already know about. We've barely seen Quantum Break, Sunset Overdrive, Halo 5, etc.
Having said that, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see a price drop for the X1. They're being outsold quite readily and they saw what the sporadic price cuts have done in the last month or so.
And I honestly don't know what to expect from Sony at this point. Nothing against indies, Morpheus,...
The 4th power is very plentiful if you think about it, but they limited how you could obtain it.
Not trying to knock the guy, but doesn't everyone who gets fired say it was "without cause" or a "BS reason"?
I don't mind mine, but I've been wanting to change it for years. I think I'd have it match my Twitch name, DrSparklePants.
Backbreaker had the base of what could have been a great football game, but camera angle made it very difficult to play at times. Couple that with not having the NFL, it was never going to go that far.
