If MS as competition is so great, why is it the biggest news coming out of E3 is that we will continue to be able to do what we could on previous systems with the PS4?
Even EA is backing away from this. Yet you will still get some window lickers claiming this is the inevitable future, Sony will have to follow MS's lead, and we should just accept it.
Why should they have to share anything with the developers after the first sell? Physical retailers don't even make enough off of the first sell to stay in business. If the publishers had SHARED from the get go the used game market wouldn't be a necessity for the survival of retailers.

Honestly though, there's an argument to be made for costing money to run servers. Online multiplayer was a new thing for consoles and it came free on PS3. They're now charging for that added feature. I still don't like it as a consumer. We'll see if this actually improves Playstation's online service.

Hold on. Yesterday the same site claimed Xbone was in the lead without providing any data or sources to back it up. At the time, a number of people called BS citing that PS4 was actually ahead if you went to the preorders page. Now the site is suddenly coming back and claiming PS4 suddenly surpassed Xbone. I'm thinking PS4 was always ahead, and someone is trying to use PS4's E3 momentum to cover up an inaccurate story.
Why would he be bitter? He worked on Destiny. What it sounds like is Activision decided to show what they thought would be best to show. There could be even more to this game.
No, no, no. M$ is not healthy competition. MS is competition that sets the bar low and drives us in the wrong direction. Just look at how we're so relieved Sony isn't doing the DRM and always on stuff that we are more willing to concede on the paying for multi-player.

For M$ it was Titan Fall, Spark, and Killer Instinct, in that order, that appealed to me. I'm not so sure about Killer Instinct after learning about it being free to play. Depends on how it's executed. Waiting to see more on Quantum Break. Overall, Titan Fall and Spark are the only ones that make me jealous so far.

theWB27 I don't know how to explain this to you any simpler. Publishers/developers are in competition with other publishers/developers. Due to this competitive relationship, they don't have the unity to implement something like what you are seeing with Xbone. If one company does it, what's to stop consumers from flocking to another company with a similar game that doesn't have it? It would become a key selling point for the competition.
