This is a big problem I have with Microsoft. They love to equivocate. If it's bull just say it's bull. At first, it appears that that is what he is saying, until you go back and break it down. Games are in certification and they (whoever that "we" in his statement is) are playing SP and MP games nightly. That tells us nothing about whether they are having problems playing nightly. For example, I was playing GTA Online nightly the week it came out. That doesn't negate the...

Bird,

Did you click on the link? That would have explained it for you. It's not coded to hide facts that could reveal his identity. It's coded to hide his true writing style, which could be compared to writings known to have been done by his true identity to figure out that he is CBOAT.

Please learn the difference between "there" and "their" before calling others stupid. Thank you.

Hey check this out. Don't agree to the terms if they bother your integrity. Go BUY a system and the games you want to review on Nov. 15th. Play. Review. Post review. What's so hard about that? They can add in their review that they didn't review the game as early as other "journalists" because they refuse to agree to those terms.

+ A "Well Said" bubble. Bravo.

This FAN will listen to other FANS first and foremost, as gaming journalism is sorely lacking in integrity. If games and systems get bad reviews because of limited availability of review units, that will be the fault of the people putting out those products. IF such a problem existed, they would react by opening it up to more reviewers to bring in better scores and/or more publicity. It such a problem existed it really would be a self correcting one, but I don't think it does. Not everyon...

I doubt you'll be getting much truth from someone as hyperbolic—to say the least—as Sessler has demonstrated himself to be. Let's introduce some common sense here. I'm not going out on a limb in saying that both systems are going to sellout and pre orders will be exhausted, at launch, right? So what impact would a review beforehand have on products (PS4 and Xbone) that are already going to be sold out anyway? What's the purpose? It's not as if they can permanently stop the...

Well guess what, I'm not getting one early either, and mine has been fully paid off with an extra controller and KZ4 since the day after E3.

Was he told "you don't need to know," or "you don't want to know"?

@Kingthrash360

I won't comment, so long as you swear to never turn that thing in for resell.

1) Go ahead and steal all of the exclusives you want. Sony just brings us new ones. How did you like that TLOU?

2) For someone who doesn't care so much, you sure went out of your way to come into a Sony article and comment on how much you don't care.

3) You wasted your one bubble saying that?

How would he know that? At Microsoft, execs aren't told anything about 3rd party game resolutions or frame rate.

@Jokes

You say that as if these perceptions that may exist among casuals are a result of a third party spreading misinformation about Microsoft, as opposed to the reality that Microsoft's own policies and subsequent 180's are to blame.

@The people jumping on Newmonday

It's not as if he/she is without history in making that comment. That's another situation where MS has themselves to blame. Don't spy on people and you won...

It says in the article that they are sharing the payout from the last job to give players the money. You're talking about people playing on modded consoles with modded files, so I don't think sharing money with someone that wasn't involved in the job is that difficult a task for them to figure out.

@Lukas

The two words are interchangeable in the context of the conversation. In fact, "legal" may be a better fit, as we are talking about actions as they relate to the rules Rockstar has made for the game.

Edit: What's with the down vote? Am I wrong, or are our feelings just hurt?

3874d ago 3 agree8 disagreeView comment

Oh, oh! I can answer that. Paying real money for fake money happened. Rockstar has progressively stripped away the satisfaction of earning money the legit way in this game.

Do you even know what trolling is? Seriously, some of you just hear certain buzzwords and that's all your vocabulary consists of from that point on.

My comment was in reference to the direction Rockstar has gone in with GTA Online. For the record, I wasn't one of the people complaining when micro-transactions were first revealed for it. They assured us that the economy would be geared towards people earning in game money, as opposed to buying it, so I had no problem ...
