Yea, I don't think it would have ever gotten to 95 to be honest.. Kind of doubtful it will hit 94 too (although I believe it deserves it) - there's not many more reviews to come in now.
No one seems to refer to the sound design much when reviewing Uncharted 4.. As an audio engineer, I found it to be the thing that grabbed me the most (setting aside the graphics).
Dynamic, fluid, punchy, with a darker tone than previous outsets make it favourable to me within the series.

No, as well as power, PS4 fans have been touting more actual exclusives, with a higher Metacritic, with more first party studio's, more 3rd party content and better performance with multi-plats.
