Not nearly as big as an improvement as it should be, considering this game will be a generation after the 1st
Nintendo with Castlevania, Bomberman and Contra whilst Sony gets Metal Gear, Silent Hill and Suikoden, that'd be the dream if they ever did sell their IPs for me.
They did this with let's go to prevent save editing and cheating which is complete shit. I was looking forward to being able to switch between the lite when on commutes and the switch at home but I guess not
But this game is multiplat on PC so how is it 100% Playstation?
I already have death stranding and pokemon pre ordered so that's my November sorted. Think it's best to wait and see with EA as we all know what they can be like
This article doesn't point out any strategic flaw unless I misread? All it mentions is that it cannibalised their handheld market and compares it to the combined sales of DS & Wii instead of Wii U & 3DS, which is 250 million to 86 million, stating that it will be near impossible to beat those sales of 250 million which is obvious, no console would.
Unless the flaw is cannibalising the handheld division (which isn't a flaw, just an evolution of their business...
Bravely default please, it's so perfect
Modern vintage gamer is awesome, love his work
Great game, really gutted I missed out on the limited run physical copy
I wonder if there is any chance of Mario kart 8 outselling Wii on switch sales alone, that'd be some achievement.
It's a double edged sword with Nintendo exclusives. On one hand they always stay at that $50-60 mark but it also means that you always get a good trade in value on them, at least in the UK its not terrible. They keep their value well
2.3 million is great for fire emblem, impressive numbers all round.
Also surprised to see the 3DS still sell a decent amount of units, would be curious to see the software sales for 3DS as well
Maybe but it will be negligible amounts so it doesn't matter for Sony, it'll still sell incredibly well on ps4. Got mine preordered on ps4 but wouldn't be opposed to buying again on pc later on
I'd love a donkey Kong 64 remake personally. Would be really different from the DK games we've had since the gamecube
It's my GOTY so far, one of Nintendo's best exclusives to date imo and the reviews reflect that
This is going to look even more breathtaking on PC
You aren't bursting my bubble at all, fully aware of that. It's no secret though that OWs launch on switch was damaged due to this controversy so it can cause harm and obviously has to some extent for Blizzard to backtrack.
If he actually did break the NDA then they have every right to sue. It must suck spending so much time creating a surprise for someone to spoil it 2 days later
Yeah I understand optimisation is important for them. Quite a few friends I know only play games like OW and league of legends on PC as they are really well optimised for older PC's
I was just hoping for something nicer but it's not a big deal, I still enjoy the art style and like you mention, they can get away with it with the art style
