news flash, it's not the same. It has almost always felt that for pc they just port the game and then test what ever can run that shit. not like playable, but boot the game on 720p 30fps and slap that as minimum spec. Sometimes the pc specs are way above that they should when compared to other games or on what last gen consoles they are running. for extra challenge, no playing solo is the vanilla style to play the game. Coop is just to make life easier. For extra challenge you take rings that for example reduce your health or play without gear or play with heaviest gear that you cannot roll.

Well they aren't running this gen only games native 4k anyways. They will use 4k or close to it upscale, resolution this day and age does not matter much.
