You guys are absolutely right. Take Wind Waker HD, for example. Not only does off-TV play exist, but it retains all of the second screen functionality by assigning screen-swapping toggle to the minus button. N has already perfected the frame-streaming tech in Wii U, so that's no stretch. I've figured this the no-brainer place Nintendo goes next for a while now, all because it only makes sense. All they really need is a Vita-style device that can put out some kick-ass mobile graphics, ...

And a very light loot system, too please?

Now, just offer me a season pass & give me a slow trickle of characters, arenas, tracks, karts, etc!

OK, Nintendo- here's your chance to shine. So far, third-parties seem to be dominating the E3 2014 conversation. Hopefully, we'll see some software differentiating you from the other console makers!

What do the 15 Snowballs possess?

Shouldn't it read, "Microsoft Loses BADLY In May"?

I've been screaming it for over a year now- X(or Xenoblade or Xenogears:Origins or whatever it's called) will be the measuring stick as to whether or not the Wii U is a "success" among enthusiast gamers. If it doesn't move console units, it's time for panic. What a shame, too. It really is a great machine.

@M3TR01DFANBOY

I agree with you. The more I use the Gamepad, the more it makes me WANT to use the Gamepad. It's a core design philosophy of the hardware, and Hell- you still can't even buy it separately. This "Gamepad-less Wii U" stuff has to stop. I hate Microsoft for bringing this topic back into the spotlight. It was the right move for them, but that doesn't automatically mean that holds true for Nintendo.

Three words: LEGEND. OF. DRAGOON.

Hopefully, he's right and hopefully, it's Legend of Dragoon: Open World Edition!

This is such sour grapes that the article ought to be titled, "I'm Going To Take My Balls(and someone else's) and Go Home". The woe-is-me, exclusionary bitching has to stop sometime. Get over it. IT'S A VIDEO GAME. FOR ENTERTAINMENT.

I have to admit that I'm kinda happy that these are fake, as what I wanted to see isn't listed.

I hope Nintendo looked a bit at Darksiders II and added some loot other than hearts/Rupees that pop from enemies. Imagine swapping out a circlet to Link's cap that increases draw time on the Hero's Bow for one that adds 10% to a Magic Meter or choosing different gems to slot into your Silver Gauntlets!

While you're at it, Nintendo, let us play i...

It's the 3DS' turn for a remake, so I assume Majora's by Grezzo and Zelda proper from EAD on Wii U.

It could always be a matter of semantics. Instead of revealing NEW hardware, Nintendo could unveil a REVISION of existing platforms and it technically wouldn't be a lie.

I don't know too much about Lightning Returns, but I'd have to disagree completely about XIII-2. I returned to it and Platinum'd it a few months ago to find out that it is really an excellent JRPG! Not only did it improve on the flaws of XIII in almost every way, but it streamlined the combat system and, if it was even possible, made it more fun. Take it with a grain of salt, but I'm a sucker for a good time travel story.

Oh, man am I ever with you on this! The hype for Dragon Age 2 was almost like almost like a sine wave, with the high being everything leading up to release and the low after we play in the same environments OVER AND OVER. I've Platinum'd both Origins and DA2, with the mindset that the former is the best RPG of last generation.

It's funny- I watched the gameplay trailer the other day and consciously stopped myself as I felt the hype building. The reason for that? D...

I still need to "beat off" TW101 & WWHD.

I picked mine up at launch and really enjoy it- so much so that I'd love to see N get units out into the wild and I think the 1-2 punch of price drop and MK8 has some great potential.

Honestly, the more I use the Gamepad, the more I WANT to use the Gamepad. It feels unique and different, but I wish we had more software to justify how I feel. It could be a Datapad in Mass Effect, a spell book in Dragon Age, a scanner in Metroid, a camera in Fatal Frame, your link to the pr...

I know it's too much to ask, but why not price cut down to where most of the eBay deals are right alongside the MK8 release? It could really jumpstart the year for Nintendo.
