Bad Company 2 arguably is the best one on that list you mentioned.
COD 4 was the best and that is the one that should be remastered and MW2 is the game that changed the COD series in a bad way as since that most of the games seem the same in some way.
World At War was the last great COD game.

Already have a PS4 but will get an Xbox One this year as they do some good games coming out on that console exclusives wise and The Order 1886 kinda upset me that it didn't do well. Will have PS4 for multi-platform though mainly until big exclusive hits like Bloodborne, Until Dawn and Uncharted are released.
For me Xbox One I am looking at Fable Legends, Horizon 2, Halo 5, Rise Of The Tomb Raider, Crackdown, Quantum Break and Scalebound Triple AAA Exclusive wise.
The problem with this game is that it needed a secondary mode after you've finished the game like survival/horde mode against waves of enemies on different maps and get high scores, ok fair enough we have no multiplayer but there has to be something else to do too!
Back in the day you still paid $60 for those sort of games you could get through in 2 hours or less like RE2 on PS1 which is still the best Resident Evil game to date arguably and one of the best games ever made.
