Dafuq? Tekken 7 already had 4 guest fighters, which is lot for a traditional fighting series, and the devs has no problem putting them in
Mortal Kombat had even more guest characters and there was no balancing issue with any of them.
You really going to undersell how talented these devs can get?
The only other fighting game series aside from Super Smash Bros with a recurring guest character was Dead or Alive with Mai Shiranui
With Tekken I can only see Akuma legitimately returning since he’s now part of Tekken’s established lore.

I expect that Sony will release a slim PS5 this year like they did during PS3 and PS4’s third year on the market, which would only dramatically improves sales later on this year
