Not really, you must be bad at fighting games and need all your super casual modes to make up for your bad fundamentals. The only thing MK outdoes SF at is bad netcode, and encouraging scrub mentalities. Then again, I don't expect an MK player to understand how fighting games work, and to play other fighting games.

Tekken X Street Fighter is pretty much a pipe dream at this point. It'd be more realistic of us getting a Marvel 4, Capcom vs SNK3, or a Soul Calibur 6 than it would us getting Tekken x SF.
I'm guessing an April release window due to not really any high profile games have taken that month for 2017 releases.

Going by your comment, you don't really play a lot of fighting games, or understand them past the basic level if you say something like that.
You need someone who understands fighting games more than you, to play with you and teach you how and why each fighting game is different, and what the different mechanics are and how to play them past a basic level. The majority of casuals that don't play fighting games and only buy them because their friends or friends list is buying them, also buy them because of the number of modes. That's one of the main reasons MK sells as well as it does. Plus you have to consider we also live in the gaming gen where not all, but a lot of people prefer quantity over quality.
