But DX is good, progress is excellent! PC's get updated all the time, do you guys think next gen consoles will support DX11? (Well, except for Nintendo)

He has a PS3, but wasn't impressed by GOW3. Thought it looks like Ninety-Nine Nights?! I don't see what he means...
First of all it sucks that we still have no signs of a complete video service in Europe. So many here will definately buy Blu-ray - which isn't that expensive now.
And yes, bandwitdh is not 20mbit+ in EVERY home in the world - I'll bet the averange speed is more 3-5mbit.
This looks awesome! Playing as a predator is probably going to be even cooler this time around, with more gadgets and tech then in AVP2.
Alien will still be awesome.

This game will be awsome! AVP2 is one of the best game experiences I've ever had... so I HOP this one will be just as good!

I'm not sure it's the UE3 that is holding back the 360 - I mean Cliffy and the guys at Epic claimed that they have really pushed the engine on Gears 2 - that mean to the point where the 360 is running out of juice, I guess.
But if it IS the UE3 that is the "bottleneck" if you will, then maybe we'll start seeing improvements with CryEngine 3. The CryEngine has a good reputation so I don't see why developers can't move over to it :-)

People slaughtered the game too early - mostly because it was too unfinished, which of course is a bad thing. Too bad many gamers won't go back and try it again(?).
I WILL BUY IT as soon as my new PC is ready, The game looks really cool and has awsome graphics. Kudos to Funcom for hanging in there! They're making money on the game now, things have finally turned around =)
Ever since 2.76 my Blu-ray is not detected (can't watch movies, play games - not even DVDs are detected).
The little loading icon on the top right works constantly.
If anybody knows how to fix this PLEASE PM me!
The cars look stunning in GT5, but the tracks not so much (yet - in GT5 Prologue that is..). I actually wonder why no PC racing games can top a PS3 racing game ;-)

No seriously, this game...I have high expectations.. .recently re-installed AVP2 on my PC...it doesn't look that good anymore, but it's AWSOME!

Killzone 2 has not been out as long as GT5 Prologue ;-)
Didn't look like MGS4 pushed that many PS3's... but I'm sure a racing game has better potential. MGS4 is kind of for MGS fans only, but all car enthusiasts, grahpics lovers, and a lot of gamers may buy GT5.
I don't know, maybe MGS4 is still pushing some systems...
Yeah imagine the worlds most famous racing simulator with guns/rocket launchers/whatever :P

I really like this game, at it seems that they have a lot of cool DLC planned, not just 1 mappack. Seems to me like they can keep expanding for a long time and still keep the game fresh.
That's why it's easily NO, IMO. Because - if the hardcore follow the games - Nintendo is lacking the hardcore games.
The CASUAL consumer has chosen Wii.
