I don't care about Gabe, ok? I don't understand why people keep posting "news" about him NOT being able to program for the PS3. We know that by now.
So he can't program for the PS3. Fine. Let's move on! Let him program for the platforms he wants to :-)
Tons of other developers can program for the PS3 and make great games anyway :-)

I'd say: hopefully rage doesnt get gimped on the PS3! becuase of the weaker 360. I want my 60 fps on the PS3, dont make the game look worse just because the 360 cant handle it.
Not to be flamebait: but Carmack did state that while the PS3 version had a bit more work before being locked at 60FPS, it still looked better.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

So annoyes me that people make a huge deal out of Netflix/Video stores on the consoles. So far in Europe at least we can't use any of them and are stuck to buying DVD and/or Blu-ray. Or downloading from TPB.
WHEN is Microsoft and Sony going to let us rent/buy movies online!??
Either way, I'm a sucker for HD now so I guess Netflix wouldn't BLOW ME AWAY to be honest..

Very interesting.
For us gamers it will be interesting to see if there will be more ray tracing features in future games. GT5 is a great example, and I mean JUST LOOK AT IT! Ray tracing definitely brings good graphics to the table.
This looks more like news for people who render 3D with their quadro cards but of course (I hope) it will send ripples and get more implanted in GAMES :D

Excellent article though, I did not know about the raised price and I will definately keep my eyes open when the game launches, or maybe even wait until the price drops.
Another thing: Maybe people with BOTH the 360 and PS3 (like myself) should buy this and other Activison multiplat games to prove that the PS3 is not a waste - we all know that it's a great console.
The only reason I've bought multiplat games on the 360 is because ...

The whole article doesn't seem that legit anyway, I mean a serious journalist writing that "MS and Sony HATE Nvidia"? Total Rubbish IMO. Nvidia kind of saved Sony with the RSX chip since Sony had trouble getting the Cell to do all the graphics work.
