with all those amazon listings it will be. at least `12-18 games for a january "Switch Event"
I love Fly me to the Moon. My favorite song of all time. I'm excited as well, and I'm so glad Nintendo did re-vitalize the series.
yep the big announcement on the world stage, but true announcement at their special event if true.
It'll be the 11th they always have it the second thursday of January. They always announce a few days before too.
yeah as always skeptically optimistic.
It'll be sick to have the entire trilogy on it this year. Like, I had I and II for the Wii U but I got rid of them because I got a good value for them to get my Switch. When I heard they were ported to switch I was thrilled. When I heard 3 was coming I was ecstatic.
yeah it seems like Zelda games are the only games that are announced and come out years later. Years ago Reggie said Nintendo's goal was to announce games and then release them within a year or announcing them. Honestly they've done a good job of that, at least this year. With the Wii too with like Galaxy. but the Wii U was a disaster.
Considering this was just shows at TGA this would be pretty sick.
lol no there's no reason to. The PS4 pro has been out for a little over a year, why push out a new system even within the next two years? that is beyond stupid especially when this console generation is just coming into its own.
This would be amazing.
This is irrelevant. What matters is what is coming out NOW and how they are doing NOW. I couldn't care less about Xbox 1440 or PS5 or Nintendo...whatever. What matters is what's coming out NOW.
wow this is awesome! what a heartwarming holiday story...!!!! with all the infighting sometimes around here, something like this really puts things in perspective. Kinda made my night!
LOL they don't "deserve" to sell more than the xbox one? Sales have nothing to do with deserving, the market chooses, and the market will choose the Nintendo Switch and it will surpass the XBO by at the latest end of next year. Talk about delusional..
they'll finish with 30-40 but honestly they are swimming in so much cash right now. The switch is a massive success, the sheer numbers don't really mean shit. people are buying.
They're going to lose against the Switch too. I'll buy a new Xbox one S from Costco for $239, but like, after selling my old one to gamestop. Why even go with the X? It's funny last year I actually praised Microsoft and PS fanboys here hated me, now I'm in the middle leaning toward nintendo but saying PS was amazing, and the MS fanboys come out in DROVES. It's a joke. The system, if they don't get decent exclusives this year and they won't when halo or gears aren...
this is the best comment here i;m just lmfao rn
Switch won't catch up but the two will push eachother to innovate even more. Microsoft will be left in the ashes honestly.
Other than Zelda Nintendo usually announces games pretty close to release relatively speaking, so if even 3/4 of them are for this year that would be amazing. Maybe a new Donkey Kong Country game? idk just trying to think of ideas. You never know. Maybe we'll finally see what Retro is working on. I'd die if we get a proper Super Mario RPG sequel or a SS remaster. But I mean if it's at least 12 games, that's so many...
Metroid Prime 4 has been listed since its been announced, so it's not that, but I do want that this year because I'm playing through the trilogy again. Pokemon would be good, we probably won't see SMT V, though I want that; I think Nintendo will surprise us.
Regardless of what you think of Nintendo or the Switch, it's awesome they brought this series back.
