Surround sound is not supported(yet) with the xbox one adapter. Stereo is what they are pushing for now.
Penello himself has posted on reddit that it doesn't have surround sound. $80 to boot.

Microsoft was led to believe the same thing first party, publishers, and third party developers.
They all thought the system would have less GDDR5 memory.
At 4GBs, the PS4 would have struggled to keep up with what microsoft has.
But that isn't the biggest thing. The GPU and CPU are similar in that they are made by AMD, but each architecture is with different builds.

It didn't do so well on PS2...
Now, we have a similar issue. the game is pay to play, and you must buy the game.
It doesn't show its worth to console gamers, not as it stands at least.
If they had(this is actually stupid/funny to say this) a single player portion to play for buying it, then the console crowd might actually fall into it.

Have to disagree. Xbox live brought about the creation of trophies, and a chat/party system that shamed sony for years.
The party system is much more like the xbox360s on the ps4 than the xboxone's on the 360.
The 360s party/chat system is a very good standard to go by if you are a social gamer, in that you like to play with friends or talk at all while playing a game.
There are action MMO's that look better, albeit less likely to have as much detail in the world in some cases, but character models, battle systems, and leveling.
The fact that they neutered the skill/level menu is pretty annoying to me, I wish they would have left at least a little color, or even just put some type of mytho's of design that gave it an ancient feel.
When kenict can track all my fingers with little to no error, at 150fps with the ability to process that data before it needs to be overlayed to the TV, shows no lag, and to top it off, has games that utilize it to a degree that makes me want to drop my controller and flip my hands and arms in the air, please let me know.
Also, at insomnia, that's total trash talk, no truth at all.

I think I'll upgrade my PC, download some epic mods, and find that Skyrim mod that allows multiplayer online.
I think that will be much more to my liking at least.
Not that my opinion counts, but I would say NO.
Skyrim was possibly the best game in the series for a lot of people, but this bastard of MMO and conventional RPG can't marry without Bethesda working their magic on this(this game is not made by Bethesda).
If it was a true homage to Skyrim, they would have taken care to keep art stylings, and leveling systems similar to the offline game.

Having people in your party already join is fantastic. Having just anyone on twitch join is... Not a good idea.
